Baby Making Footballers!!

Hello everyone! Happy Monday!! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Anyway, please, try to keep up with this next post. It seems that May is the month for babies in the world of football.

Last week alone, Didier Drogba, Alessandro Del Piero, and Gigi Buffon all announced that they were going to hear the pitter-patter of baby booties. Now, this week starts with more news relating to this.

Robbie Keane (Tottenham) and his wife Claudine have become parents for the first time. Their son, Robert Ronan Keane, was born this weekend in a hospital in Dublin. Both mother and baby are doing well. Little Robert weighed in at 7lbs, 5oz and both mum and bubba are doing well. Can’t wait for the inevitable magazine spread for Robbie Jr’s debut! Congrats Robbie!!

Daniel Agger also became a father this weekend. He missed out on Liverpool's 3-0 win against West Ham. His girlfriend Sofie gave birth to a baby boy.

Arsenal’s Robin Van Persie has announced that his wife, Bouchra, is pregnant with their second child. The couple already have a baby boy, named Shaqueel, who’s two and a half.

Finally - Massimo Ambrosini of AC Milan is now the proud father to baby Federico, who was born in Milan in the early hours of this morning.
