Arsenal Sign Vermaelen - OFFICIAL UPDATED WITH VIDEO

Would you believe it, Arsenal have completed, YES COMPLETED, the signing of Thomas Vermaelen from Ajax for an undisclosed fee (believed to be around £10million). What's going on, it's nowhere near the end of the transfer window, it hasn't been protracted in the least, and it was on the Arsenal Official site before anywhere else...these are indeed strange times at The Arsenal long may it continue!
