VP Signs - Oficial + some real fantasy football

Microblog alert!
Yes, Van the Man finally signed (OFFICIAL) a new long-term contract (so what's that four years?). Finally. So I guess he's liking what he's seen so far this summer and hopefully has been hearing about all these other wonder-players we've got lined up for 11.58pm August 31st.
It can never be over-estimated the importance of signing up current talent and Mr VP is most definitely that. Job well-done Mr Wenger.
Elsewhere, the Melo thing has descended past farce and into blah blah blah territory, so just to update, he hasn't signed for us blah, blah, blah, Juventus, Eboue, Gallas, blah blah blah.
Pre-season we have announced a few more friendlies, bringing our total to 10 so far. The newbies are:
