1. For this trick you will have to master “Neck Stall”. Hold the ball on your neck same as you would do for “Neck Stall”
2. Now roll the ball from your back to back of your head, make sure that your head is a little lower than your back
3. Now push the ball up in the air with back of your head, make sure that it goes straight up, that way it will be easier for you to catch it.
4. Catch the ball same way as you would do for “Neck Stall”

1. Juggle the ball calm
2. When you think your ready to do the trick hit the ball with your strong knee (leg)
3. Hit the ball with your knee almost same height as your chest, that way you will have more time to bring your weak foot over the ball...
4. When ball is at it highest point, bringyour weak foot over the ball and do “Crossover” and catch the ball and continue

1. For this trick you going to have to use your strong foot, hold the ball in “foot stallposition
2. Throw the ball straight up above you head
3. Twist your foot to inside position like this, make sure that you twist it as much as possible because ball will have to bounce up from side of your shoe
4. Make sure that ball falls exactly on side of your shoe, if it doesn’t you won’t able to do this trick...
5. When the ball bounces off your shoe, and goes up, with the same leg do “Around the World” ATW and catch the ball

1. Using your strong foot, put your toes on top of the ball
2. With a fast movement roll the ball back with your foot, and pick the ball up. ( This is exact the same, if you wanted to pick up a ball with your hand...)
3. Using your strong foot go up to the ball and pick it up with your toes, this has to be a fast movement...
4. When you pick up the ball with your toes, bring your other leg around it ( front)
5. When the ball is in the air catch the ball with the weak foot and continue...
6. Using your strong foot. Put tip of your shoe on top of the ball, you going to have to roll the ball back little to pick it up
7. With a fast movement roll the ball back and with your toes pick the ball up
8. Bend your weak foot, your ankle should be facing the ground, kick the ball with your strong foot against the shoe
8. HINT. You need to bend your weak foot to the side, and try to hit the ball against your shoe
9. When the ball bounces against your shoe catch the ball with your leg making a “V” shape
10. With your strong foot kick the ball with
your heel against your other foot
11. This has to be a perfect timing, bring your weak foot up with the ball
12. Bring your weak foot up and the ball
will go with it. This trick has to be done in fast movement...

1. Using your strong foot, kick the ball with inside heel against inside heel of your weak foot. You need to hit the ball in the center

2. Have your weak foot on the ground, while your strong foot is on the tip ball. Using your strong foot roll the ball on your weak foot
2. HINT. Roll the ball on top of your toes
3. With a fast movement with your strong foot, roll the ball on your weak foot, and the ball will go up
4. Put your strong foot on top of the ball, while your weak foot is on the ground
5. With a fast movement with your strong foot roll the ball on your weak foot
5. HINT. Try to roll the ball on this part of your foot

1. Your going have to hit the ball 2 times for this trick, also you need to use your strong foot ( YOU CAN NOT ALLOW BALL TO SLIDE ON YOUR FOOT!)
2. With your left (weak) foot go over the ball (at least half foot away or more). With other leg, use inside of your strong foot (HEEL) to bring the ball to your left side
3. This is the inside of your foot, use your inside heel to bring the ball to the left side
4. When you bring the ball to your left side with your inside foot (HEEL) (You must use Heel to do this trick correctly)
5. Now with the second hit , with fast movement hit the ball with your outside of your foot
6. With the second ball hit, use your outside foot

1. To juggle the ball you need to keep kicking with your toes or front of your foot.The red shows where is good to hit the ball, the white line shows where to focus the most.
2. Every time you hit the ball try to hit it in the center, that way ball will go straight up.
3. To juggle while you sit, you need to kick the ball with your toes, and try to kick theball close to your foot
4. To juggle while you sit on the bench, you need to hit the ball with your toes also, more time you practice the better...
5. To juggle side ways, you need to hit the ball with side of your shoe, make sure you hit the ball in the center

1. Every time you hit the ball you need to hit it with inside of your foot. Also each touch must be perfect, that way you will do more ATWs
2. This trick is opposite from outside ATW, so do the same just hit the ball with inside of your foot and with fast movement with your leg go around it and catch it
