Wayne Rooney to Wear #10 Shirt for United

Wayne Rooney will now wear the 10 shirt for Manchester United. Rooney previously wore number 8, but now follows in the footsteps of legends. Rooney was quoted as saying 'When I was offered the chance to wear the number 10 shirt I jumped at it. Some of the greatest players have become legends wearing number 10 - none more so than Denis Law.'

Can't wait to go out and grab his new kit. Also i would just like to point out that a rumor has been floating around that United offered Sam Allardyce and Newcastle £4 million and Alan Smith for injured striker Michael Owen. This move would be truly amazing for the front line of United. If Michael can regain his form this would be a total steal. Well thats all for now.
