Galaxy David : D Day - 1 !

Thursday, 12 July 07, 12:50 PM · Comments(5)

I've been counting the days since january ! Finally, Beck's gonna be introduced tomorrow at the Home Depot Center in front of several thousand journalists. I can't wait to be there and hopefully take some pictures to upload on OleOle...if they allow me to come in. The face of football in the US  will never be the same again.

Hopefully he will have big impact(in a goodway) on american soccer!!

David Beckham will be the biggest flop in the Mls this season. He is way past his prime (if he ever had such a thing) and way to cocky. La Galaxy will soon realise they made a big mistake

I'm not sure what bigjuventusfan is talking about, Beckham played a MAJOR role in Real's La Liga title this year. Not only that, he is playing very well for his national team. He is a older player,
but he a very skilled and talented older player. If used correctly by his coach he can have a huge impact on his team.

bigjuventusfan: you will realize you made a mistake too. england felt the effect of beckham once he was re-called. based on recent form, beckham should be head & shoulders above everybody else in
the MLS. like manufanlenny said, he was instrumental to real's title. and he is 3 yrs younger than nedved.

Why does everyone praise him so much? Yeah, he was a major role in Madrid's title win, but the MLS is a COMPLETELY different league, i hope you all know this. So, he's NOT going to be head and
shoulders over everybody. Juan Pablo Angel is the best and don't try to argue with me on that, cause it's completely true. The only thing that Becks is good for, is crosses and free-kicks, but other
than that, he's all washed-up. I'm not just saying that because I'm a Barca fan, but because it's a fact. His best days were left back in Manchester. DUH!
