I don't want to go on and on about this considering their is much more things to talk about considering the final on sunday. But since someone has dedicated a whole blog to the issue of uruguay, I would like to respond. Over these past weeks I have found a peculiar thing, Brazilian fans and Argentina fans have been curtious and fair in their commentary and analysis. The eve of the Uruguay semifinal the Brazilians were very respectful of Uruguay's abilities and traditions in the sport. The Uruguayans reciprocated as they see Brazil as a big brother to respond to when challenge to rise to the occasion playing such a great and storied team like Brazil. The Argentinians despite our other differences off the field have been nothing but kind in thier word's. Then their is the rest of the hotshots. You know the one's that had everything won in the first round. everbody who blabber away about how great their team was and how they were going to win it all, screw the traditional powers. And Uruguay well they just suck for every reason I could here of possible. Now we got this " soccer" expert giving us a lesson on friendless during games and how Uruguay has single handidly brought violence and agressiveness to the field of play. Soccer hooligans run in fear the Uruguayans are coming. Calling people fat fucks on this blog is childish but so is using a country as a scapegoat for the ill's both futbol and society face.I have seen alot of games over the years and the incidences mentioned did not even go past yelling, Unless there was a physical altercation I would find it laughable if fines were given out or anykind of penalties would be put on the team. So I suggest ( and you know who you r) that you stick to talking about the mls or some other lame crap and leave the discussions about futbol to someone else and quit hating on los Charruas. Now run along and play your "soccer" dude.
P.S too many of you have PHD's .
