"MLS and the Columbus Crew have extensively reviewed an incident that took place during the Crew versus Revolution game on May 24 where there is audio of a spectator at Crew Stadium using vulgar language and an unacceptable and offensive racial epithet.

"The review included video posted on the internet, and interviews with security personnel, fans and team officials.

"MLS and the Columbus Crew are working diligently with all relevant authorities, including Club Supporters Groups, to identify the spectator involved. In the event the perpetrator is identified, he will be banned for life from Crew stadium and all other MLS stadiums and events.

"MLS takes enormous pride in our commitment to racial and ethnic diversity and inclusiveness - in our stadiums, on our fields, and in our administrative, coaching and ownership ranks. We categorically will not tolerate this language in any context or setting and are working with all of our clubs and stadiums to ensure that this isolated incident is not repeated."

well the scoop happened last week when the Columbus Crew played the New England Rev. New England has a Few African players in the squad and it just so happened that when the Rev scored and went up on the marker, there was objects being thrown and racist words also being thrown about from the stands. So stupid asses from the Crew's supporters group called Nordecke, which is a german word i believe for north corner? I know i should ask my wife,she is German, Polish. anyway, They posted the video of them cursing and racial abusing the scorer, like if it was a badge of honor. But quess what the video on Youtube found its way to the proper people.

MLS Rumors did an interesting investigation on the group.

it appears the group has similar design concepts to Racist neo nazi punk bands"warhammer" and other neo-nazi punk bands. iT IS always rumored L.A riot has Neo-nazi ties, also.

the group claims to be multi-racial but when you go to crewture website, the only pics u see are of light skinned guys, doing nazi like hand gestures.
