Hundreds of Roma fans victims of internet ticket sale fraud

It seems though that hundreds of AS Roma fans have bought tickets through an Italian agency online which doesn’t own tickets. The club has officially announced that they have nothing to do with this online fraud:

An Italian agency announced through the internet the sale of tickets for the 5 March fixture between Real Madrid and Roma without actually being in possession of said tickets. Several Italian fans bough non-existent tickets from the web-site. Those responsible for this fraud are the people behind the site, not Real Madrid.

As soon as the Club heard of this anomalous conduct, it decided to publicly denounce it to prevent possible responsibilities that may derive from said anomalous behavior, which has nothing to do with Real Madrid nor with its compromise with third parties.
