Sneijder is Back!
Real Madrid vs Espanyol | La Liga | 05-10-2008 21:00 CET | Santiago Bernabeu Stadium
Following their Champions League win against FC Zenit, Los Blancos take on Espanyol tomorrow night at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium and they are fit and ready to take another three points.
Sources say that Wesley Sneijder, Guti and Gago will all make the squad. Nothing official has been released yet, but it is unlikely that either of those will start. They may get a few minutes in the second half, nevertheless, it is good to have them back before IL Derby against Atletico Madrid and our Champions League clash against Juventus in Turin.
Lineup
Schuster's rotation system will probably mean that this time either Ruud or Higuain will give his place to Rau'l who didn't feature against Zenit. We could also see Pepe and Cannavaro on the bench giving their places to Metzelder and Heinze.
However, in the midfield, I'm pretty confident that De La Red, Diarra and Van Der Vaart will play. As for Robben, I do think he will start as well.
Espanyol played Barcelona the other day and the later were very lucky to win. Espanyol are a great team with talented players and they proved that last season when we were very very lucky to beat them (Thanks to Higuain!).
Having said that, I think it is going to be an entertaining match. We are gonna be playing in our own stadium, in front of our own fans and so this is a must-win game. I understand that Schuster's rotation system might have an effect on the result, nevertheless, I demand a win because most of our key players (Casillas, Ramos, VDV, Ruud, Robben) will be there.
Predicition
2-0 in our favor. VDV scores both.

I think we need to step up the chase coz Barca's winning 5-1 against At. Madrid in the first half . We really have to improve because we have some really hard competitors this season ! .

Ahahah, don't worry, it's Barca, they'll probbly lose their next match 
No need to get tense, i'm sure we'll win atleast the La liga, no need to worry and besides hopefully when we play Robben, VDV and Sneijder together, the world will see what midifield really is 
I say it's going to be 3-1 against Espanyol, two from Raul, one from VDV and Tamudo will score for Espanyol.
I`t was a lucky win for Barca. c`mon atletico are a good team this is a some mistake.But for Real is good that Sneijder is back. Espanyol is not the team like the last season but they are a stil a hard team to beat. But at the and I think that we will celabrate.
