Clearly a happy day for us Madridistas, our long-term dream has finally came true, Ricardo Kaka is finally being presented as a Real Madrid player.

ANTICIPATED UNVEILING
He was the first player signed following the arrival of new President Florentino Perez..On Tuesday at 20:30 CET, Madridismo will witness an event that is just the beginning of the new project fans have been clamoring about. It will be a huge party with thousands of spectators on hand at the Santiago Bernabeu to celebrate the arrival of Kaka.
ARRIVAL IN MADRID
Real Madrid's new player flew in from South Africa, where on Sunday he was proclaimed champion of the Confederations Cup and named MVP of the tournament. Accompanied by his father, Kaka appeared with an ear to ear grin on his face. After a brief stop at the Mirasierra Suites Hotel, the footballer was taken to Sanitas La Moraleja Hospital, where at 9:30 he underwent a complete medical checkup.
PERFECT BILL OF HEALTH
Kaka's first stop was Sanitas La Moraleja Hospital, where he arrived at 9:30 accompanied by his father. He underwent the required medical checkup including blood and urine samples, an electrocardiogram, an echo, an MRI, a thorough locomotor test and x-rays. "Today's tests confirmed that the player is in perfect condition to play top-class football," stated Carlos Diez, Chief of Real Madrid's Medical Services.
FIRST CONTACT WITH FANS
Kaka was stunned by a large group of fans as he exited the hospital after his medical checkup. A swarm had gathered to welcome the new Madridista and express their support on such a special day. The player approached the fans to thank them and didn't hesitate to sign autographs and take pictures. It was a nice gesture on behalf of the the footballer, who is already getting a good feel of the passion felt for his new team.
UNPRECEDENTED GLOBAL EXPECTATION
Thousands of fans will fill the stands of the Santiago Bernabeu to witness Kaka's first steps as a Madridista. But also on hand for the presentation will be hundreds of media outlets from every corner of the planet in order to cover the event that has generated so much hype and expectation. Over 170 press agencies requested accreditation to cover the presentation of Kaka. Press agencies, sports newspapers, general newspapers, and radio and television stations from around the world will be reporting on the event.
SANTIAGO BERNABEU VISIT & FIRST INTERVIEW
After completing his medical, Kaka swung by the Santiago Bernabeu for his first look at his new stadium. With grand admiration the Brazilian looked over the pitch from the Presidential Balcony. Kaka expressed interest in the methods being used to lay the new turf and took the time to greet several club employees. Following a brief tour, Kaka sat down for his first interview with Realmadrid TV as a Madridista prior to having lunch in one of the Bernabeu's restaurants with his father and Director General and Presidential Aide, Jorge Valdano

Here is what I think.
1- RealmadridTV should be FTA (Free-To-Air) and should broadcast in all countries.

I would personally like to see Benzema and Huntelaar up front. That would be an awesome striking partnership.
Florentino has done the imposibble. He has taken Man U Crown Jewel, and has taken Sir Alex's #1 transfer target from them. Benzema will no doubt be a great addition but what will happen to Huntelaar and Higuain, and Raul. One of them will no doubt sit on the bench. Higuain can play out wide and as a support striker so he is more fexible. Benzema can be an all in out and drift wide. Huntelaar is a big target man and has great ball control. That just leaves Raul for bech duty and Impact sub. I just wonder what our formation will be with Ronaldo and Kaka coming in. 4-5-1, 4-4-2, or a 4-3-3? Whatdo you guys think it should be?

Currently Marcelo is the only one we have unless we do get Arbeloa. I would take Marcelo over Heinze any day because if he gets caught out going forward Lass or Gago can slot in. Heize is a dissaster and lets face it Marcelo is the only LB we have. That is unless we sign some one else which would not surprise me. As for Alonso he is more well rounded when we compare Lass and Gago. Gago is a real rhythm killer slowing the pace and moving forward slighty more than compared to Lass. Lass is excellent ball recoverer and can slot better into a defensive position that Gago. Alonso can do all that Lass and Gago can do. He can move forward, defend, recover balls, He can do more things than Lass and Gago.
Arbeloa is not good enough to play left back

I couldn't agree with anymore, u are so right!! Gago is just a rhythm killer who slows down the pace and provides mistaken passes all the time. defensively, he is nowhere near lassana's level.
However, regarding to ur ideal formation. I am not quite agreed as long as there are two holding midfielders. If we play CR, Kaka, and Higuain/Robben at the same time, we must sacrifice one striker for another holding midfielder in order to keep the balance. this is something we FAILED to do in the first galactico. a ball winner(lass) + a creative holding midfielder(Xabi) will be a perfect match. Without such a jam, playing kaka, CR, or Robben will be meaningless cuz they will be hardly to get the ball back whenever dispossessed.
further, I think Arbeloa will be the best available option for LB with which we should put defense as the priority. He would only cost us couple of millions. we gotta get rid of Heinze.

Higuain and Benzema can play in a 4-4-2 as well. With Robben and Ronaldo on the wings, Kaka right behind the forwards and Lass right ahead of the defence. We're likely to concede more this way though but against smaller teams, this is a better formation. BTW, i'm back from my vacation everybody so expect my participation in your discussions to be back to normal. Hala Madrid!

no no no he isn't only a right back. In Real Madird team B, he was already capable to play RB, CB, and LB. he can play 3 positions. He initially started his EPL career as a LB, which he showed his ability to stop Messi in a CL game at 06/07(at Nou Camp). The reason we are concerning him is that we will expect him to be our leftback. I guess even himelf will notice that it's impossible for him to get a starting spot as a RB with S.Ramos. Even for spain national team. It's better for his career if he starts to play as a LB. Arbeloa is CAPABLE TO play as LB. don't just judge him with last 2 seasons.

Im happy about the Karim Benzema signing I think its a fantastic one.. also other transfer news Metzelder is close to a switch to Besiktas.. and according to MARCA David Silva is next on the transfer list because it will be very difficult to get Ribery

silva is better for possession football...ribery is better for counter attack..cuz he has really good pace n accuracy...so our wings would be too powerful with ronaldo n ribery on two side

counter attack football will not be something Pellegrini look forward to when he has abandon of great attackers in hand. however, Ribery is no doubt a great player who isn't only good at counterattack. Unlike robben, he always knows how to keep in pace with the "WHOLE TEAM" instead of dribbling himself. however, since we've got kaka and ronaldo already, Ribery would have much less space for him to create things like he used to be a France national team and Bayern Munich. In this point, Silva is definitely a more suitbale one since he is down to carry the ball less(even ribery is better in individual ability). wiht silva, our midfield will be less likely to get overcrowd. furthermore, silva can only cost just half of RIbery's cost. with his familiarity with spanish football, silva is the one i prefer for now.
for ribery, the one i highly recommanded b4 we signed CR and kaka, i will take him as a 2nd choice

Perez doesn't want Silva he wants to tell Barca not to screw his Xabi Alonso signing by trying to take Mascherano from liverpool...because liverpool won't let go of both of them...
And valencia likewise won't let go of Silva and Villa.... so he's sending a message

All these signings are excellent, but I'm wary of Pellegrini's ability to manage superstars! I don't why but I feel Pelle is gonna flop like Juande!

but even if I was wrong...that's the whole reason I wrote the whole "correct me if I'm wrong" thing...it means I'm not sure about it. 
Sneijder currently has #10. When he first arrived to madrid he had #23 beacuse Robinho had #10. When he left last year, Sneijder took it. That same year Vandervart was signed and he took #23. Hope this helps to clear things!
Raul will start this following year. If anyone who considers himself a soccer fan or somebody that understands soccer, would appreciate what Raul does for Madrid. I won’t argue that Raul is not the same Goaleador as he used to be, but he still scores an avrg. Of 20 per season, which is great. But the most important thing that he brings to this team is that inspiration/effort/dedication and passion he has for Madrid. On top of all these things, all Madrid players are proud to have a captain like Raul, never got a red card, never got suspended or got into any fight... he is pure class and players and even Refs respect him. Raul is a smart and honest guy, he will leave when he knows he cant help anymore.

Its not funny even as a joke. Anybody who watch, play, remember football knows Real Madrid. @melbournemadridista David Silva deal has yet to resurface. I'm still hoping for his arival.
