Your Opinion Is Needed & Follow RealmadridTalk on Twitter

Folks,

I have recently been working on improving the blog and I was wondering if I can get your opinion on a few things.

First off, what do you think should be done to improve the blog in terms of content? Should I post just a single post every morning like a roundup or a recap of news articles in the press? Or each news in its own article once or twice a day (like I'm doing now).

What is that you don't like about my writing style, blog design or anything else? What kind of features you'd love to be added?

Finally, I'd like to invite you to follow me on Twitter. I've created a profile for the blog and if you follow it, you'll be able to get Real Madrid news as they happen, discuss transfer rumors and all things Real Madrid.

For those who don't know what Twitter is, it is basically a micro-blogging tool which allows you to follow someone or some source (like the BBC or CNN) in order to receive information and interact with it.

To sign up or follow me, please click on this link:

By the way, If you aren't already subscribed to my newsletter or RSS feed, I'd appreciate if you do that now. To receive news via email click here, or you can get them directly to your RSS inbox here.

Thanks!

Hala Madrid!

Adam,

First of, just to say that you are doing a great job as one of the few blogs in English on Real Madrid.

Personally, I prefer the commentary/editorial content to the news themselves. Obviously, it has to be in the 'context' of what is happening in or around the club, but pure news facts I can get elsewhere. What is truly valuable is your opinion (and that of everyone else who comments). But then, I am biased, as that is how I do my own blog, so take everything I just said with a pinch of salt.

Thanks for your opinion Gonzalo. I have always thought that traditional media and its style is boring and thats why I write with a personal voice. What I was wondering about was that which is better: talking about a news piece in an article or collecting many in a single article (round up).

In that case, I think a round-up is better, for two reasons:

1. You only have to visit the site once a day (that's just me being lazy!)

2. Sometimes you can build a thread around all the things that are happening on a given day, making it more interesting than the sum of the individual parts.

Again, whatever best fits your personal style and perference. Quality is always better than quantity.

Don't worry, I have never had a problem with understanding your comments. The important thing is that you get your point across. Thats it!!

madradista's i am here to sincerly apologize, i hope most of you have already forgoten my remarks as they were just in the heat of the moment. when barca beat sevilla i needed something to get rid of the hype. you see i like having mature and intelligent conversations with people who have different opinions. because that way you get a bigger picture again i apologize. hope we can have some good discussions but please no cursing at me im just trying to apologize :)

I think you are doing a great job Adam. I agree with everyone here that the round-up is the best idea. I do have one suggestion and that is if maybe some of us could contribute more because I know that you can't do everything. All of us appreciate the dedication that you give to the blog. =D

I just have a few days reading your blog, and must say that I love it. And I consider that forums and blogs like yours are necessary to have a reference of the madridismo abroad.

I hate you Adam.... [1]. I mean why should i love you when you express yourself so sincerely,,[2] I hate your work it is so fun your writing style creates a mental picture of what is going on at Real Madrid, even if someone is new to the club the way how you convey the facts with a twist of your opinion is pure genius so i hate you.. [3] I hate you because now you have started a family and everyone here has become a family.. [4] I hate you because when i want to know the latest news with a roundup i get it first here even before i watch FOX soccer channel, eg.
