Football sushi platter

Tuesday, 20 March 07, 10:46 PM · Comments(5)

Served in a Shanghai restaurant during World Cup 2006.

Pretty cute, but not quite realistic. You don't need so many balls on one field. I bet the dish won't come cheap. Plus, the sushi won't be that tasty. By the looks, they're probably plain sushi rice plastered with Nori (seaweed).

It would be great if they create sushi football players on the platter. How about raw tuna for Man U's jersey?

heh, that's awesome!

maybe they were those niggiri things, rice balls stuffed with various fishiness.

raw tuna is perfect for man u, red and stinky.

Actually, for some players, all they'd need to do is stick a couple of pieces of fish on the field and no one would know the difference...

Hahaha! You guys rock! Well, I was thinking of "tender, succulent and melts in your mouth" when I suggested raw tuna. :P
