First post-My thoughts

To me it seems like succesful teams in countries like Switzerland and Croatia are merely becoming training centres for future stars that will eventually move to teams like Manchester United or Real Madrid. It seems like this will be a never ending cycle, the strong teams will remain strong and their dominance will reign over the weaker ones.

For example, Petric was a Croatian striker who played for FC Basel. He was the top scorer and led the team to win the league. Unfortuneatly he was bought by Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund. Now Basel needs to find another star and everyday it seems like they'll never play again in Europe. Another example of this is with Arsenal's new signing of the Croatian Eduardo Da Silva. Like Petric, he was the driving force of Dinamo Zagreb. He was signed to Arsenal and now has made them stronger. Zagreb must now find a repalcement which will be hard.

My point is that I do not think it is fair when clubs who are either backed by rich owners or have wealth due to success bid out small teams who could not dare to try and keep their stars. This seems like a never ending cycle.

1. Footballer plays for small club
2.He plays well for them
3.He gets signed to big club
4.Big club gets stronger wins Champons League, small club gets weaker and loses in group stage

Thank you that is all.
