Landon, Maybe You're Just Jealous.....

 I can't say Donovan is a whiner...as I believe he has a good personality and work ethics... And I do applaud him by calling out Beckham publicly, complaining that he only wants to be in the spotlight and doesn't care about the team...(hmm..I mean the Galaxy, not Milan). But afterall, even Becks does not show up at the pitch, he still makes a gazillion more money than you... I believe that if Donovan is as good-looking as Beck is, possibly he will do more of the same.... An average player have a playing span of about 15 years, and of coz you gotta bag every single penny u can get... Though I know Dono's intention is for the sake of the team, the complaint can first being brought up closed doors.  LA Galaxy currently is at the middle of the standing fighting for a playoff spot....and this calling out of Beckham is quite a risky move for the organization.... A team never wants to have internal and personnel problem to be exposed....And now how are the other team members responded? Are they gonna side with Donovan (which I think mostly would as they're all Americans...) or side with Becks? Either way this never does boost well for a team who is already playing sub-par.....

 And maybe Dono's just jealous? He is basically the American's poster boy for soccer, and he isn't the main attraction anymore for the Galaxy.... Beck's Galaxy jersey simply outsold Dono's and nobody knows the names of any player in that Galaxy team besides Beck.  If I am Donovan, of coz I will be bitter and jealous..and that's understandable..... But do it behind closed doors.....Be smart or else all the soccer bunnies will be all after you........
