The 2009 season is about to get underway on March 7th. There have been many changes to the team names in the Premier League and league structure itself. Under the Premier League is a 16 team First Division and under that Five Region Divisions equal to Division Two. It is not known as yet how promotion and relegation between these Divisions and the First Division will be worked out. I expect there to be some kind of play off system introduced.
