I haven't seen much of him as of yet, apart from a few cameo appearances in the reserves, but he's meant to be shit hot? Or so i hear.
Yeah he is, he's very much like Aaron Lennon....but he will probably be better than him...Futures Bright, Futures Lilywhite...COYS
I hate to say it but i've heard good things about GDS best mate at Arsenal, that cheeky bugger Carlos Vela!
Yeah i know, bit worried bout that one, but did you see T.Henrys comments...sounds like he prefers GDS to Vela, so that must be one good thing :D
Henry said what i thought was true... That GDS is going to be a world beater.
Below are some quotes that prove just how much potential the boy has... I can't wait to see him strut his stuff at the Lane!
During the FIFA U-17 World Championship 2005, dos Santos managed to assist half of the goals of the Mexican team during the tournament, a fact that, combined with his abilities, awarded him the Adidas Silver Ball as the second best player of the tournament, finishing behind only the Brazilian Anderson.
n the U-20 World Cup Qualifiers he scored twice; once against St. Kitts and Nevis in the 86th minute and the second against Jamaica in the 56th minute. He was forced to sit out the last game against Costa Rica as he had received a yellow card in the previous match. The game ended in a 1-1 draw, but Mexico still qualified, finishing top of the regional group.
Sounds truly brilliant...what did Vela do in them tournament??...Jack lol
Aiden McGeady. Could be world class if he finds his final baw mair often
Sorry one more quote i couldn't resit...
During the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup Mexico was placed in Group C, where they were drawn against Gambia, Portugal, and New Zealand. On July 2, 2007, dos Santos and the rest of the Mexico team played against Gambia and won 3-0, with Giovani opening the scoring in the second half with a superb volley into the top left-hand corner from outside of the box. Dos Santos then played against Portugal, where Mexico won 2-1, scoring the opening goal from the penalty spot. As Mexico had already qualified from the group, he was rested for the game against New Zealand. In the last-sixteen Mexico played against Congo, dos Santos returned to the starting line-up and yet again opened the scoring with a goal from the penalty spot in a match that Mexico won 3-0. In the quarter finals, Mexico were eliminated by Argentina, with a close fought game ending 1-0. Dos Santos was awarded the Adidas Bronze Ball, behind Argentines Sergio Aguero and Maximiliano Moralez.
Cheers LOTW, McGeady is great player...Feds, interesting...sounds like he's really gonna be class...no wonder they call him the 'next ronaldinho' as long as he doesn't lose his flair, after a while...thanks for that info Feds.
Again like Rose he is one i have only seen glimpses of, so it would be wrong of me to make out I am an expert on him... Although like Rose he is a highly rated youngster, whom i expect to get on the bench on a regular basis next season, especially as there will be 7 subs.
Yeah, i hope they do get on the bench and make rare apperances, i would like to see them make atleast 5 sub appearences
Well i also think that Petrucci or whatver his name is that Man Utd signed from Roma..i saw a clip of him and he ain't half bad...
I'm guessing he plays for Liverpool, never heard of him though...
And Gai Assulin and Thiago Alcantara will soon be amazing playas!!!
Sergio Aguero whom i mentioned earlier, is meant to be the next big thing to come out of Argentina.
Since Maradona they have had the likes of Ortega, Riquilme, Tevez, Messi & many more! & this boy Aguero will soon be up there with them before long! I can see him joining the likes of Madrid or Barcelona in the very near future?
Yeah i have seen him aswell...looks decent...he's been linked to chavski lots recently...I would've said Kerlon 'the seal' lol, but he is now like 22-23, he should of made his way to Europes Elite earlier
Baca4Lyf; "And Gai Assulin and Thiago Alcantara will soon be amazing players?"
Who are these players? Youth team players at Barcelona, Because i have never heard of them?
Adam, you'll expect that I say Pato, Messi, Dos Santos, Benzema: but, I've a name that no one would say: Giuseppe Rossi. What do you think about him?
Yeah he's good...didn't he use to play for Man U...i think i saw him play once...and he was quite good...i didn't see that much of him though
Well Adam Petrucci who you mentioned earlier, had been dubbed the new Totti in his homeland so he can't be bad?
Yeh, i heard that...i think he wil be good, but i think he should have stayed at Roma..bcus the same thng happened with Rossi or what ever his name was... and he got no playing time at united at went off to Spain
True Rossi didn't make at Man Utd, but he is still highly regarded... The move may have done him good in the long term.
Petrucci could be the opposite and make it in England? Every player is different.
Suppose...true say...i would be glad to see him grow in england...more quality players to keep us the best league in the Universe lol
I think although there was 3 Eng teams in the CL semis, the mere fact that C.R wants to go to Madrid says alot, if the PL is the best why don't players like Messi and Kaka come in there prime? Don't get me wrong I am not saying the Spanish league is the best League either, i just think that there is no clear winner at present.
Very True Fads...i personally hope that Ronaldo doesn;t leave...i kno he is a threat, but he is so good to watch...maybe he should just not play against the Spurs...sounds good to me
I have to admit Ronaldo really is a class act, i remember when he made his debut... He came on as a sub, Utd were winning 4-0 (I can't remember against who?) and he was full of tricks, people said he was a one trick pony, but i thought straight away that he was going to be something special! Just like when Rooney scored that rocket as a 16 year old for the Toffees against the Goons... Quality!
Yeah, i knew Ronaldo was gonna be class too, aswell as Rooney and that Goal woww, just had to laugh at the Goons...it shows that English football can produce great talent.
Jack Wilshire, Carlos Vela, Bojan.
Can't think of anyone else at the moment.
is Jack Wilshire the guy who you lot have just signed?
No - he plays for our reserves.
You can read a little more about him here: LINK
Adam, G. Rossi, after Man Utd experience, have played for Parma and he scored 9 goals in 18 matches (I think so), and the latter season, he played for Villareal, and they finished in the 2nd position in Liga: I think he will be the future forward of Italy, at South-Africa Wolrd Cup, he is very very good! I advise you to follow him at Olympic games with Under 21...
Thanks! And one day you'll say: "Yes, Francesco wrote right things about Rossi!" LOL

Adam you beat me to it arghh!!! I was going to say GDS.
Oh well another hot prospect despite a rocky start to his career at Spurs, is Adel Taarabt who could yet be the new Henry, although he reminds me of Lyon's Karim Benzema.
Lol, unlucky...Yeah Adel has great potntial but he needs more players time...what about Danny Rose?
