The Black Cats attempt audacious Spurs quadruple!!!

Friday, 18 July 08, 07:53 AM

The rumor mill is at it again.. This time the media are claiming that Sunderland Manager Roy Keane is making a move for not one, not two, not three... But four Tottenham players!!! One of which is Younes Kaboul... Whose agent has claimed, that his client would not even join to the North east club if there was an earthquake! which has got to make you laugh! The other players at the centre of a reported £23m bid!!! Are the reliable Steed Malbranque, Teemu Tainio & Pascal Chimbonda.

What do you reckon Spurs fans would you be glad to see the back of these players... Are you happy with the fee, and who would you like to see come in to replace them???

Which is the greatest side in English Football history?

Wednesday, 16 July 08, 04:12 PM

There have been so many great sides, during many different eras of the English game... But putting bias to one to one side, which team is the greatest? Obviously the likes of Manchester United have dominated the modern game, but during the 60's Spurs won the first ever double, during the 70's Leeds were a force to be reckoned with & during the 80's Liverpool were the team to beat. Having said all that... If you had to choose one side that was the best, who would it be? Maybe Manchester United when they won the Treble in 1999? Or even dare i say it the Arsenal team, that went 49 games unbeaten? What do you reckon? Your views please...

But remember try remain impartial if at all possible & keep in mind this isn't just about who has won the most trophies, or who has been the most successful team... No this is about "pure" Football... What the Dutch call "Total" Football... & who plays the beautiful game the way it should be played, in other words George Graham's Arsenal won't count here...
