Here we have Becks wearing the New Orleans Saints NFL uniform (Taken when he was recently in Madrid). Is he considering a career change!? We all know what happened to Jordan when he tried going pro baseball. rooney

I honestly don't think Becks would survive a collision with any of the NFL boys...

Oh yeah! There was a brawl involving 50 people - spectators and players included during a Chatham Cup match in Queenstown - three of the spectators were arrested. Not quite the riots that Europe sees. You've got to start somewhere I suppose.

It all started when some of the players got into an argument. The helpful spectators couldn't just stand by and watch, and got into it as well. I wonder where the ref was?

Well finally...after apparent months of searching, David and Posh have finally found their new digs. Located in Beverley Hills (where else?), in the state of the Govenator...this 1223 square meter home cost them a mere US$22 million. I seem to recall Beckham stating a while back that houses (in Beverley Hills) were too expensive for his taste.

Now, look at the size of that thing...I've seen smaller hotels. It looks like there are no less than six fireplaces too...like California needs more air pollution. Let's hope they're ornamental.

A Brazilian defender was booked for kissing the referee during a match at the weekend.

Television pictures on Monday showed Cabofriense defender Cleberson giving referee Ubiraci Damasio a peck on the cheek after having a foul awarded against him during a 3-1 defeat by Botafogo at the Maracana.

The two were initially involved in a friendly exchange but the referee's mood quickly changed as he pulled out a yellow card and could be seen to say: "You can't kiss me."

"I didn't know it was against the rules," said Cleberson afterwards.

It's rumoured that Becks buys (and uses??) 60 pairs of Calvin Klein undies every month - and that was BEFORE CK approached him for a deal.

One can only speculate why a man would need that much underwear:

1) He doesn't wash them - he uses each pair once and tosses them out.

2) Fans steal his undies off his line and he needs replacements.

3) He GIVES his undies out to his fans (eww).

4) He has a problem with soiled underwear and the stains can't come out (see point 1).

5) He rips each pair off each time, rendering them unusable.

This makes the Wii outdated - a virtual ball that reacts to the user. In this case the user happens to be a crazy jack russel - watch that little fellow go!
