Is Yoann Gourcuff Coming Back As Soon As Possible?

Tuesday, 19 May 09, 11:06 AM · Comments (2)

Yoann Gourcuff is only 22 but he is already the hottest player in the market.

He play at Bordeaux for now, he is half Milan player as they sent him away of Italy to French last year. Since then - I should let his legs talk by them self. He is very good, has good technique, I saw some of his goals and I been very impressed. He is not in Bordeaux for many years but we can certainly say he is one of their phenomenon and they really would like to keep him along their side.

We would like to keep him - this is the same record that we hearing repeatedly since this middle of the season by the French team President Jean-Louis Triaud. “The coach wants to keep him, as do the leaders,” he been saying. Last year Bordeaux paid €13 million for him and seems like they done a worthwhile deal with The Rossoneri.

Bordeaux are been trying to do anything to keep as it was report that they are ready to double the salary of the player to make sure he would like to stay more in there than come back Milan or leave for another club. The correct wage of the player is standing on €150,000 per month but they ready to make it €300,000 for the YES word. “We all want to keep him,” the president said once and I believe they do what they can do make it how they want to.

Yoann Gourcuff - AC Milan jerseyGourcuff is been chased by many players including Milan themselves who are own him and will certainly try to do anything that define to possibly in this summer to make him back - but I will focus it later. As it reported Real Madrid & Barcelona want Gourcuff in their lines for next year, not clear if to the first team or just for substitute but in any case, they are interesting at the 22-years-old French.

He been called the ‘New Zidane’ and ironically - this was the real Zinedine Zidane who identified as perfect to Florentino Perez team (not already but seems like it will do). Real Madrid nor Florentino Perez talked about this yet. However, the father of Yoann is informer that there were aware of interest from Barcelona, Sevilla and Villarreal as well.

Focus on Sevilla now. According to a report, they join the race on him but they are don’t want to talk about it - well I found it in some where, and this is what the president of them said as reported on April 21: “Is it is a lot of money for a French club to pay, yes, without doubt, but the owner of the club is a television chief and would have no problems meeting it.” He said, maybe the cost will jump up if Bordeaux will win the championship this year as they see as one of the favorites nominees to do it.

Also the correct champions of the German league are show their please from the French guy and they want to try too. Without any mischievous, they went due the team that will probably decide he leaves Bordeaux as he own for them. They are offering Milan’s Gourcuff to exchange Bayern Munich and former Fiorentina star - Luca Toni. Fair deal? - Well I do not know, from what I see at the German league, Toni just miss the balls out and seems like the deal is more efficient for them. Milan choose what they choose and do what they want, if the will see this offer as good for them; they will go on it - that is for sure.

Yoann was at Milan for two years without success but when he went home to French he is amazing, he’s still 22 and he still have to learn a lot, but, damn he good. “Gourcuff is 22-years-old and still improving,” Domenech (the coach of French national team,) said as reported on May 1. Coach Carlo Ancelotti who has also transfer rumors of his own is was in charge in Yoann Gourcuff’s move out to San Siro. About that Domenech said, “Ancelotti judged him during a time when he was not yet mature, but if Milan bought him he couldn’t have been that bad.”

On May 5, sounds of concession heard by Bordeaux’s president as he said that Gourcuff is may leave the club. If Bordeaux would like to keep him along which mean buy him, they have to pay 13 - 15 million euros to Milan as fee on the player. “I will have to make a decision before the end of May,” he explained. “We discuss it and we’ll see.”

AC Milan badgeFC Bordeaux badgeYoann have not decided yet. While Adriano Galliani said he wants some “Old Players,” (I think this is not good decision) Gourcuff might be not in the right age but with the right skills. “At the moment I haven’t decided anything, as I putting all my concentration into playing out the final games of the season. We [Bordeaux] still have everything to play for in the league and it looks set to go right to the wire.” As reported on May.

Milan wants him badly after his season with Bordeaux’s outfit as also the Brazilian star Ricarlo Kaka has to praise the 22 Frenchman on his moves. “I am very pleased that he has provided a great season,” the 27-year-old star told Aujourd’hui Sport. “He has scored a lot of goals and he has played in the French team. This is great news. “I know that he suffered in his second year for us, which was not easy. If he returns, he will not be the same.” Kaka promises.

I saw the Ligue 1 summation and I saw Bordeaux’s game as well and from what I see I can only tell that Gourcuff is one of the best in this league this season and he makes the difference in Bordeaux performance, what else can I say - he is just Fantastico!

Yoann Gourcuff is about to be the no. 1 player of this season as he one of the nominee when he is the favorite to take it. As well as he been chosen to the player of the month April.

Souleymane Diawara - the center defender of Bordeaux has jokingly said that he would pay money to Gourcuff to make him stay at the club. “If the president says he is too expensive, I’ll take the money out of my pocket,” he said. “He just has to take the money from my salary to pay for him. If I can help…,” he continued.

Yoann Gourcuff - Bordeaux jerseyTough the young and promising midfielder Yoann Gourcuff said he don’t know what will happen with him next on May 9, his coach said and seems like sure that the French boy is keen to play back at Milan. “Gourcuff wants to return to Milan,” the coach Laurent Blanc admits. Milan wants €15 million over the boy if Bordeaux would like to keep him permanently however, its looks like unlikely to happen. Otherwise, they will end up this deal sooner. In addition, to that as the coach said He wants to move and tried again his luck with Black & Red uniforms.

Despite the coach sayings, today, the father of Yoann - Christian Gourcuff, head coach of Ligue 1 outfit Lorient has said that his son could have still join Bordeaux next season. “The fact that discussions were held with Bordeaux showed the will to reach agreement,” the Lorient boss told Europe 1. “We must find an arrangement that is good for everybody.” He added. The president has saying again: “We will do our utmost to keep Gourcuff.”

I think Milan have to make him their own player again. He is very good and talented, Young and promising. This kind of a player should help Milan to build itself again. The Rossoneri Blog want to know what YOU think about it!

Gourcuff is just amazing. He has an enormous potential, but I think he will go back to Milan ONLY if he 's gonna play a lot. He is the playmaker of Bordeaux, and the World Cup is coming fast. Going to Milan to be on the bench would be a very bad move for his career. But again, Bordeaux is willing to do whatever it takes to keep him. I think he is going to stay in Ligue 1 with Bordeaux.

Great article, Thanks!
