Eurocast's Euro 2008 final predictions thread

Saturday, 28 June 08, 12:12 PM · Comments (9)

All right then,

due to technical issues we won't be doing a preview show for the final but will, of course, have a post-final Eurocast on Monday.

So, who's going to win it? Can the Germans grind out a result or will Spain's attacking philosophy prove too much for the suspect German defence?

I reckon Spain will win it.

Spain 2-0 for me. Possibly in extra time though.

Right, let's have your Euro 2008 final predictions in the comments. Enjoy the game.

Eurovision 2008 pitted Spaniard Rodolfo Chikilicuatre's "Baila el Chiki Chiki" against German No Angels' "Disappear".

One looked like a cross between Elvis and Borat; the other was 4 reasonably hot chicks.

Spain 1 complete tit - 8 boobies Germany.

Ze Germans win again.

As usual it will come down to 2 Arsenal players. Cesc and Jens.

Spain 3 Germany 1.
With Jens going Crazy A Bonkers after the first Goal is scored and drawing a Red Card for it.
Cesc will come on and once again set up or score every Goal for the Spaniards.

I believe Spain better win this in 90 minutes, otherwise the Germans are too experienced in these circumstances when the pressure fills. They just absolutely LOVE to play under pressure Fun number (especially for Spain): 1976, thats the last time Germany lost a penalty shoot-out. Are they due?

What is that old saying, Age and treachery will over come youth and vigor. I said that Spain will beat Germany, now that Ballack may be injured, well there went the age part. I think that Spain will have too many young legs to run the Germans off the pitch. I still say Spain 4-3.

I think the spains will do it until the end however possible because of their long waiting for this kind of chance and a good team at the moment they can acheive what they haven't since so many years ........... 2-1might be the score

S-G: 3-1!!!
JENS fecks up twice, so no matter who scores em and the third will be just an orgastic goal by CECXCS... and gerrys goal, Podolski with a shot, that'd give meh a heart attack!!! hopefully extras...

Spains 2-1 Germ

(including a cesc overhead volley that decapitates jens, however the 'headless goal-man' stays in the net to finish the match!)
