On this week's show:

  • The transfer window - Kaka, Bellamy, De Jong, Palacios and more inflated prices
  • Italy - Gabriele gives us an Italian perspective on the Kaka story plus more about Mourinho
  • Spain - Luigi on Ramon Calderos's resignation and Eto'o's madness
  • Premier League predictions
  • Tom's thoughts on Rafa's rant and contract situation
  • Other stuff (may contain nuts)

I haven't finished listening to the Pod but hat was Gab all about sniggering like an evil genius when talking about Inter's woes?

I know it is funny watching the not so special one make a tit of himself but laughing all across a top quality production is taking it to far.

Never get into the ITunes chart wie that sloppiness. =D

Also, Man Citees transfer dealings, make me think of The Elephant man trying to get the Pussycat Dolls to come round his house for some fun involving cream and KY Jelly.

I usually skip the part of the Podcast that don't relate to the Prem (Engligh), so if you guys have covered this my apologies. Just saw this article above in the Wall Street Journal - and it almost sounds completely like Arsenal but in Germany. Good read.

i can only disagree with this hoffenheim - arsenal comparison

arsenal is a club with history, they dont come from a village were 500 people live and they odnt only exist due to a billionaire who pumps in his money

hoffenheim is a good joke and a good exapmle for the modern football
with money everything is possible
i agree with the fact that hoffenheim is buying lots of young players...so far
they just signed hildebrand, who is like 29 or so
in the 2nd bundesliga they signed players who were linked to some premierleague clubs
and im sure they gonna spend big sums of money for good (and probably old) players

imagien a club like vauxhall motors in the premierleague, challegin the top 4
there is no sense in pushing such a lil village club into the first leagues, its more like a toy for one person, who, after some years, might just be bored
maybe hoffenheim shud be named 2009 hoffenheimisntead of 1899
now their history gonna start, no one knew they existed before

hopp, the owner, is defo a smart guy who invests into good things but still it is weird to get this kinda club into the first bundesliga, 6th league might be still to high
