Friday! Hurrah. The end of the working week. But not for the Eurocast, oh no. We'll keep on 'casting.
As usual we'll start with our predictions and well done to Hodiddle, the only one to get a correct prediction yesterday.
My completely wrong predictions for today are:
Italy 2-0 Romania
France 1-2 Holland
I'm putting money on Holland and Italy for the wins. I think France are too old, too injured and too Domenechy to win the game. Regular pundits should now know to do the exact opposite of what I say as I never get any right. But I have to start sometime, right? The law of averages and all that. Could today be the day?
Now the Eurocast. I talk to German correspondant Tom about their 2-1 defeat to Croatia yesterday, there are some of your emails about Austria v Poland, some thoughts about the penalty that was given, a preview of Italy v Romania with Horia and more.
Please do get in touch with the podcast, we're always happy to hear from you by email or voicemail. Give us your opinion on the issues, the controversies, the players, performances or anything else to do with Euro2008.

And if that's not enough we're happy to get your emails too - send them podcast@oleole.com

Happy Thursday to you all and welcome to another Eurocast and another round of predictions.
As usual we'll start with predictions and only ElTorro got one yesterday, correctly predicting the Turkish win over Switzerland. For today's game my completely incorrect guesses are:
Croatia 1-2 Germany
Austria 1-3 Poland
As usual leave your predictions in the comments.
Now, in today's Eurocast Tom and I discuss Portugal v Czech Republic and Switzerland's exit at the hands of the Turkey. There are some of your emails and voicemails too as well as a preview of today's games.
But please don't forget we want to hear what you think about the games, the performances, the tactics, the fans, the lovely girls, the rain, whatever. Anything at all to do with Euro2008 is ok by us please do get in touch.

Morning all,
are you all rushing out to buy your Greece shirts? Your Pro Evolution Greece 08 video game? I'm not sure you are.
We'll start as always with predictions. ElTorro pulled one right out of the hat with a correct 4-1 win for Spain, that's impressive. Nobody else got any right. I'm quite happy with yesterday's results as a shifty little bet won me €150. Obviously I'm not betting on correct scores because I still can't get any right.
Today's incorrect predictions are as follows:
Portugal 2-1 Czech Republic
Switzerland 1-1 Turkey
As usual give us your predictions in the comments.
Now to the Eurocast - the Euro2008 podcast. In this episode there are a lot of emails from you guys about Greece and how negative they were against Sweden. They're not winning many friends, that's for sure.
We talk to our Swedish correspondant Chris about the 2-0 win last night and our regular Spanish football expert Luigi talks about Spain's win over Russia.
There are some of your voicemails and emails about the negative approach to the game that some teams take and more.
Don't forget we really want to hear what you think about the matches, performances and issues of the tournament as they happen. It's just a quick phone call so please do feel free to get involved or just send us an email.

Firstly,
congratulations to 4andyL who got both games exactly right in yesterday's predictions. That's a cracking start.
Let's have your predictions for today's game then in the comments. Mine are as follows:
Austria 1-3 Croatia
Germany 2-1 Poland
Now, the very first Eurocast is ready for download. This time it's mostly me with some email comments from some of you guys but we really do want to hear from you via the voicemail systems we've set up. Just make a phone call and tell us what you think. The more you guys get involved the better it'll be. You don't have to be a fan of any particular country to give us your opinion.
One of the emails today said that Ronaldo showed against Turkey why he was the best player in the world. Did he? Was he that good? You tell us.
Plus we're looking for correspondents for a number of countries, have a listen and see if you can get involved.

Howdy OleOle-ers, on this week's The Week in Football we'll be discussing the proposed foreign round in the Premier League. I'm sure you've read all about it by now but what do you think?
With OleOle members from all over the world we'd love to get your comments for this week's show.
Is it a terrible idea that will start the game on a slippy slope from which it might never recover?
Is it a great idea that will allow fans from all over the world to see their favourite teams in the flesh?
Will it damage local leagues?
Is there a fair way of making the draw for the 39th game?
Would you pay to see United v Arsenal or would you pay to see Derby v Sunderland?
Whatever you think about it leave a comment here on the blog or email your comments to podcast@oleole.com and we'll discuss them on this week's show.
Thanks in advance,
John Johnson and Tom Thom(p)son.
