Diarra Injured , Van Nistelrooy to USA for Surgery

Real Madrid is in a lot of trouble , Diarra joins the sick bay with De La Red Robben , Torres and V.Nistelrooy .
Diarra has strained his left thigh as stated by RealMadrid.com
Following an MRI, it was determined that Mahamadou Diarra has a Grade I strain to his left femoral biceps. The midfielder is expected to return to action in two to three weeksThis is a huge blow for Real as they have no backup to Gago who will be on hand for every single game here on in .
On another matter , V. Nistelrooy headed for the US today to undergo examination after suspicion of him injuring his meniscus in his right knee. V. Nistelrooy joined by a member of the medical staff of the club will see Dr. Steadman , who operated on the striker's right knee in 2000. There is no doubt in my mind that now Calderon will wake up and act in January because the team needs so many new players because we could be in the verge of a crises .. Lets just hope for the best !

It's looking like Schuster's summer prediction that the squad was 'a bit short' is coming true. Diarra has been having a good start to the season, and Gago's been pretty good since he returned from injury, but there really is no back-up (Javi García has not been convincing). Here's hoping Diarar makes a quick recovery - fortunately there's international football next week, so that gives Real a bit of extra time to try to recover some of their injured players.
I agree , Calderon should start working to prepare for the Winter Transfer Period . Gavi Garcia is still young and the pressure of playing for Real Madrid is still getting into him. Diarra should be ready for the next game given everything goes to plan . Thanks for your comment
