It's very confusing to try and work out when the transfer window actually finished from out here in Singapore. Aside from the time difference, having only arrived yesterday I'm still wobbling around from jet lag and suffering tiredness. As a result I heard the latest (or last) dealings over breakfast this morning from friend, Clive. So it seems the world has gone officially mad with Robinho going to Manchester City - obviously for the challenge of the football and nothing to do with working for a club with a super-super-duper rich owner.
Anyway I've missed any despair from Arsenal fans missing out on some signing or other but I'm in agreement with Arseblog today. Yes it would have been nice but let's keep real on what we can afford and let's not pay stupid "panic" money just because it seems a good idea.
Not much more today as I'm on holiday and all blogs will be restricted due to the call of Tiger Beer, Chilli Crab and other such delights...
