Really rushing today as I'm off for two weeks to Singapore/Indonesia. I'm hopeful I'll get the chance to write a blog or two but sun, sea and sand on Bintan Island may disrupt my thought process.
This weekend sees the last chance for anyone to buy who they fancy. We may finally see the end (until January) of the summer long transfer soap operas of Berbatov and Robinho. There may even be a new player at Arsenal with the £30M Arsene can spend - but don't hold your breath. Instead expect to see a couple of African U15 players that cost $5 and a packet of cheesy discos! This frenzy of (non) activity is shown by a rather larger than normal "Info du Jour" in L'Equipe.
