Trying to come up with something to say during an Interlull (TM: Arseblog) is quite difficult as all media attention turns towards the England team, once the stories on Newcastle and Spurs have finished anyway. What surprised me was that the forthcoming fixture between England and Kazakhstan has actually sold out.
