Hello everybody,

 As a French supporter i'd like to share my views on why a team with such players is exit on 1st round.

I'll bring the following randoms ideas on players and "hope-future-unemployed" French Coach: 

 Sagnol: Real great player..but was injured half of the season with Bayern and we all saw that the rythm was too high for him, his natural substitute was Clerc, who played half a season only as a starter  in Lyon, definetly not enough when playing at this level.

My first why to French coach is why do you let Sagna home while he was voted best right-side defender in UK??

Thuram: I really think he had his place in this Euro, yes he was too slow against The Oranje but let him on the bench vs Italy was a big big mistake, italians are not that fast, exept Cassano, Thuram would have been very precious in this game especially against Luca Toni. Put Abidal in his place was a total mess. Abidal had a hard season with Barça, he lost his confidence and put him in such a crucial place ended to what we saw: a disaster from the 1st minute of this game, during this time Mexès, one of the best central defender in Calcio stayed at home just because coach didn't like the man..

Evra Showed us why he did a huge season, he's fast and will die on the field for his team.

Midfield: Vieira,  hard to say without more detail on his injury but i' d love to see Flamini, another guy who did a big season, big activity on the field and he always wants to play forward with a good passing skills..

Malouda: Most of the season on the bench at Chelsea, useless in offense, while coach let one of the best dribbler home : Hatem ben arfa, i love this player, he has a risky game but he tries a lot and you sure that he can bring danger  anytime.

 Govou:  A good player in France's Ligue 1, nothing more, nothing less...

Gomis: a good season and 2 goals in a Frienly game put him in the squad, while coach let Trezegol home, Italians were happy as David is one of their biggest fear, from what Buffon said..and he's right, 20 goals again this season with Juve...

i have no problems with others players, benzema, henry, Ribery etc..they all deserve to play..but coach had other ideas and his coaching during the 3 games was awful, here is why:

Romania: no space as Romania played with 9 players in defense so why don't you put a big kid in the eighteen like Gomis?? trezeget would have been the best chance in that kind of game, only 1 or 2 occasions in the eighteen and you're sure to get a goal, instead we put fast players like Benz who need space to make the difference..

Netherland:I found  the Oranje defense slow and France had chance to score everytime they speed-up the game, so why coach put Gomis instead of Benzema who's very fast...

Italia:Crucial game, not a good one to experience a new defense, true that the game was over after 25 minutes when the Abidal show reach his highest point.

Now we're home and deserve it.

 Conclusion: big names is not enough to make a good squad, now my money is on Russia, it's just a shame that they're playing Netherland, the 2 best offense game in this Euro....in my opinion!!
