EURO 2008 Tickets and Packages

What does an OleOle EURO 2008 ticket package include?
OleOle's Standard packages include match ticket(s), hotel accommodations, daily breakfast, a commemorative gift, an OleOle Welcome Card and on-site event management staff for immediate, personal on-site assistance should you need it.

Do your packages include a EURO 2008 match ticket?
Yes! Most packages include a Category 3 ticket with the option to upgrade to Category 1 or 2 seating. We also offer ticket packages that include a Category 1 or 2 ticket. We also offer hotel only or hospitality only packages that do not include match tickets.

How do I track my order?

Can I purchase more than 4 tickets per package?
Yes, we allow you to purchase the number of UEFA EURO 2008 tickets needed.

Can I get a discount if I buy a large number of packages?
Discounts are available for selected matches based on needed quantities. For any individual or group needing more than 50 packages please email us at sales@oleole.com. Please include the match number(s), quantities, hotel accommodations if needed, and all pertinent contact information including name, day time phone number, and email address.

How are packages allocated?
We are accepting orders right now on a first-come, first-serve basis. You can purchase online at www.oleole.com or over the phone.

Do you offer Follow Your Team Packages (FYT)?
Yes! We offer a FYT package for the 16 participating teams in UEFA EURO 2008.

What is Follow Your Team (FYT)?
Follow Your Team (FYT) package allows you to attend all three first-round group matches of your favorite team. If your team advances to the quarter finals and beyond, you will be notified by email of additional opportunities to purchase ticket packages to continue to follow your team to the final match.

Do your EURO 2008 tickets and packages include hospitality?
We are currently not offering a standard pre-match hospitality package.
An official top-quality Corporate Hospitality Program for this event is in place - please find options on the Corporate Hospitality section at www.euro2008.com. If you are a group or corporation of 20 or more and the options there do not meet your needs, we can build a custom hospitality program for you. I have seen corporate hospitality packages for UEFA EURO 2008 being offered by other companies. Are these packages official?
Euro2008 SA has appointed IMG as its exclusive agent for the worldwide sale of Official UEFA EURO 2008™ Corporate Hospitality Packages. Products being offered by any other entity are not part of or in any way related to the official Corporate Hospitality Program for UEFA EURO 2008. OleOle is not affiliated with EURO2008 SA.

How can I change or update information within my Application?
In early 2008, you will have the ability to check and update your information on our website at www.oleole.com.

Why is a national ID or Passport number required?
A national ID or Passport number is required to ensure clear identification of all persons attending the EURO matches. This includes all family members, friends, and guests who may attend the matches with you. Furthermore, please note that an official international identification document such as a passport is required to enter Austria and Switzerland.

When will I receive my accommodations confirmation?
No later than two weeks prior to your first match date, you will receive an email with your itinerary. This will include your hotel name and location and check in instructions.

When will I receive my EURO 2008 match tickets?
All EURO 2008 tickets will be originated from the OleOle office in Vienna and can be picked up there. All match tickets will be available for pickup starting 7 days prior to your specific match date. Most cities we will have match day pick-up available at your hotel or a centrally located office. Additional information regarding ticket pick-up will be sent via email two weeks prior to your match date(s).

What do I need to pick up my match tickets?
You will need your passport or valid state ID showing your name, the credit card used to make the purchase, and the confirmation email with your reservation number and match(s).

How can I contact someone in the OleOle customer service department?
Should you have general questions concerning EURO 2008 packages or ticketing, you will find answers to a variety of questions in the specific ticketing Help/FAQ section. Should you still not find the answers to your questions, you may direct your questions to us by e-mail using the dedicated contact form available on the EURO 2008 package pages of OleOle.com in any language. For English, you can also call our Package and Ticketing Information Line at +1-310-275-5300 Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM PST. When the EURO begins, we will have trained staff on site to help with all you needs including ticket distribution.

Am I entitled to a refund if I decide that I no longer want my EURO 2008 tickets or package?
No, once an order has been placed, there are absolutely no cancellations, refunds, exchanges or reductions in group size and number of packages purchased.

Can I sell my UEFA EURO 2008 package to someone else?
We do not permit you to transfer or sell your package without prior written consent from OleOle. If permitted a name change fee will be assessed.

I do not have access to the internet, how do I order my packages?
If you are unable to purchase online, you can book over the phone by calling an OleOle Sales specialist at +1-310-275-5300 Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM PST.

Payments

How do I pay for my EURO travel and ticket package?
You may pay OleOle by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or company check (up to 90 days before the start of the event). We can accept payment in multiple currencies including US Dollars, Euros and British Pounds, depending on the package and location.

What credit cards do you accept?
Currently we accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

How do I pay by direct debit?
If you live in one of the six European countries that offer this, you will be able to enter your information online as you would a credit card.

How do I pay by bank transfer?
If paying by bank transfer, you must do this by phone, fax, or email. You may call us at +1-310-275-5300 or email us sales@oleole.com to place your order. We will then send you a confirmation email stating the terms of payment and when and how payment is to be made.

I did not receive the bank transfer payment instructions yet. What should I do?
If you have not received your payment instructions and are expecting them, please note that we will send the payment instructions again as a "last reminder", with a new term of payment. If we don't receive your payment within the timeframe stated in the last reminder your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

What currencies are the EURO 2008 packages available in?
All transactions for EURO 2008 tickets and packages will be processed in Euros (EUR) regardless of country of origin or destination.

How do I pay by bank transfer?

How do I pay by PayPal?

Hotel Accommodations

Do you offer accommodations that do not include a match ticket?
Yes. We do sell hotel accommodation-only packages. These EURO 2008 packages will only consist of a hotel stay of various lengths. It will not include any of the benefits of our ticket and travel packages. Hotel bookings for individual travelers will be possible through our package page at www.oleole.com/ticketpackages. For Group requests (10 rooms or more) or customized packages please inquire via e-mail to sales@oleole.com 24hrs a day or by telephone at +1-310-275-5300 Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM PST.

Do you offer extra nights?
Yes, at an additional cost, you may add as many nights before or after the stated EURO 2008 package dates.

Can I request a specific room type?
Yes, when booking online, you have several options to choose from to meet your needs. If you are booking over the phone or need to update your room requests, you may do so by calling our office at 310-275-5300.

I called to confirm my reservation and the hotel does not have my name listed should I be concerned?
It's likely the group list hasn't been entered into the hotel's computer system yet. Normally your name will appear in the hotel register two days before your check in date.

If you are currently sold out of a room, does that mean I cannot go to the EURO 2008?
No. Our website updates regularly and availability can change without notice as demand for certain rooms increases or additional inventory becomes available. If your desired package has no rooms available, please check back often for any releases or contact us at sales@oleole.com to be put on the waiting list for a particular hotel.

EURO 2008 Match Tickets

How many EURO 2008 tickets may I purchase for one match?
We do not have a limit on the number of tickets per match you can purchase, or on the number of matches you can purchase tickets for.

How can I purchase tickets for a large group of 10 or more people?
Yes! We specialize in group purchases. For more information on availability please contact us by calling +1-310-275-5300 or email us sales@oleole.com.

Will all of my tickets be seated together?
We guarantee a minimum of two seats together, for more than two tickets that are part of one specific order/reservation we will do our best to seat everyone together. Orders placed separately will not be seated together.

Where would category 1, 2 and 3 tickets be located?
For EURO 2008, all seats are broken into the same three categories across all stadiums. Category 1 is located along the sidelines between the corner flags. Category 2 is situated on the corner or high up behind the goal. Category 3 is located on the lower level behind the goal. We are unable to provide exact seating locations.

Do you sell tickets that are not part of a package?
Yes, please email your inquires including match and quantities desired to sales@oleole.com. In 2008, you will be able to purchase tickets to all matches on the ticket exchange.

What is the ticket exchange?
It is a place where fans can sell tickets directly to other fans. We are currently negotiating with the various leading ticket exchanges in Europe.

When will I receive my EURO 2008 tickets?
All tickets will be picked up from the OleOle office in Vienna. All matches will be available for pickup starting 7 Days prior to your specific match date. Most cities we will have match day pick-up available. Additional information regarding ticket pick-up will be sent via email two weeks prior to your match date.

What do I need to pick up my match tickets?

Will my name appear on the tickets I have purchased?
All tickets sold as part of a package or on the exchange are covered by the OleOle 100% Guarantee. Your name will not necessarily be on the match ticket but as long as we have your name and guest name(s), along with everyone's passport information, you will be granted access to the stadium. All tickets sold by OleOle are valid entry tickets - we guarantee it!

Does my EURO 2008 Ticket entitle me to use public transportation?
Details regarding the validity and use of the match ticket for public transport means will be available on www.euro2008.com at a later stage. The welcome card included in the package is for the public transportation system.

Is there a minimum age for children attending a match?
No, there is no minimum age, but ALL CHILDREN are required to have a ticket, regardless of age. Entrance to a stadium will only be authorized upon presentation of a valid ticket for each person, regardless of age. There are no price discounts for children and no child tickets issued by UEFA.

How much do the Tickets cost?
The price you see on our website is the price you pay, and all prices are set in conjunction with OleOle and our official football partners. All transactions are covered by the OleOle 100% Guarantee.

I can no longer attend the match, can I cancel my order of UEFA EURO 2008 tickets?
No. Once your order has been accepted, you are bound by our terms of purchase which include no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Do you sell FYT tickets that are not part of a package?
Yes, please email your inquires including match and quantities desired to sales@oleole.com In 2008, you will be able purchases tickets to your teams group matches on the Ticket Exchange.

How can I be assured I will sit with fans of the same team I am rooting for?
While we are unable to guarantee the section you will be seated in, we will make every attempt to put you with supporters of your same team.

I have a disability and need accessible seating, do you provide this?
We make every effort to accommodate the requests of our clients, but we cannot guarantee accessible seating for anyone, including customers who are in a wheel chair.

I have seen match tickets being offered by other companies, are these tickets official?
The products being offered by other companies or on other websites are not part of, or related to, the official ticket sales program of UEFA EURO 2008. Euro2008 SA has not appointed an outside company to be its agent for the sale of match tickets. We would strongly recommend you not buy tickets through these channels. There are companies that sell tickets and packages that do not own the rights to the tickets and are therefore forced to buy on the open market a few days before each match. This inevitably can lead to you not attending your particular match. OleOle guarantees that our EURO 2008 tickets are officially issued and valid for the match you purchased.

Miscellaneous

How can I apply for a position with OleOle for the UEFA EURO 2008?
We are accepting applicants for internships in marketing and event management for the EURO Cup in Los Angeles, and on location in Austria and Switzerland.

  • You MUST BE at least 21 years of age on 1 May 2008.
  • You MUST BE fluent in English or two other languages - or the native language of one of the participating teams.
  • You must be available at least from 1 June 2008 through 1 July 2008.
