France National Football Team

The French football team is one of the most important teams in Europe. “Les Bleus” as they are referred by many won their first FIFA World Cup in 1998 when they hosted the tournament; France beat Brazil 3-0 with two goals from soccer star Zinedine Zidane. Two years later France won the 2000 EURO. The French national football team participated in their first FIFA World Cup in 1930. The top scorer of the French national football squad is international star Thierry Henry with 44 goals in 98 appearances. In the 2006 FIFA World Cup, France lost in penalties against Italy in the final match, where Zinedine Zidane got red carded after head butted Materazzi. France didn't make it out of the group stage in EURO 2008 after losing to the Netherlands and Italy and drawing 0-0 against Romania.

Any of you here are Fanatic France Fans like me? I've been following everything about them for about 6 years: Since I was 9.

Any of you watched the match against Serbia: France played a
bit like it did (the time without Domenech). Henry and Toulalan played great, and Gourcuff was Formidable!

I like the young players: Nasri, Benzema, Ribéry Gourcuff
But also the old
like Henry, sagnol and Coupet: in short I adore the Whole Team and I love them!
