Inter de Milan are the only Italian club that has never been relegated from Serie A. They are the defending league champions and play out of San Siro Stadium in Milan, Italy. The club are managed by Roberto Mancini and captained by right back Javier Zanetti. The club was founded in 1908 after splitting from
AC Milan due to players' unhappiness about the prominence of Italians on the older side. Ever since this schism, Inter Milan has participated in a semiannual rivalry match against AC Milan called the Derby della Madonnina. The club are 15-time Serie A champions and won the Coppa Italia in 1939, 1978, 1981, 2005 and 2006 and the Supercoppa Italiana in 1989, 2006 and 2007. International titles Inter de Milan hold include the Intercontinental Cup in 1964 and 1965 and the UEFA Cup in 1991, 1994 and 1998. During the 2006-07 season, Inter Milan accomplished 17 consecutive wins in Serie A, breaking a Big 5 top flight record. The club's home kit is a black and blue striped jersey and socks with black shorts and the away kit is a white jersey with a red cross, white shorts and black socks. The club's badge consists of the overlapped letters "F", "C", "I" and "M" within black and blue circles and topped with a gold star.
