Miroslav Klose (aka The Ice Man) is one of the most famous strikers in the Bundesliga and the world. He currently wears the number 18 jersey for Bayern Munich and also plays on the German
National Team. With his quick foot skills and vision on the field, he has proven to be a lethal weapon. In 2006 He earned the Golden Shoe for his performance in the FIFA World Cup, and was the

Germany’s national football team. Miroslav Klose is married to Sylvia Klose, and they two twins Noah and Luau. In his spare time Miroslav enjoys playing tennis and fishing. He is known by his
team mates to be on of the fairest players on the field.
Miroslav Klose was born in Opole, Poland on June 9, 1978 to a father that played soccer professionally in France and Poland, and a mother that played professional handball for
Poland.
Klose started playing football in 1987, after his family moved to Germany, in order to make friends. He trained with the youth club Blaubach Diedelkop, before joining F.C. Homburg, Klose’s
first professional football team. After just one year, he transferred to SV Werder Bremen. The Iceman established himself a lead striker on the team, scoring the most goals during the 2005/ 2006
season. He was sold to Bayern Munich FC on June 7, 2007 for €15 million. Miroslave Klose so far has made a huge impact on the squad, as him and Loca Toni are the superstars of the squad.
The Iceman made his first appearance for the German National Team on March 24, 2001 against Albania. He performed exceptionally well during the 2002 World Cup, scoring 5 headers. Klose
continued his success on the international level during the 2006 World Cup, scoring 10 goals during the whole tournament. Klose will be competing in the 2008 Euro Cup for team Germany.
