Oh well they're thinking about having video replays for situations with penalties, offside decisions and goal line controversies but they general view shared by FIFA and UEFA is that it slows the
game down and takes away from the element of it. I kinda agree. If you watch cricket and see how long they take to have the third umpire to decide on run outs you'll see what I mean. Sometimes
takes up to 5 minutes.
