BINDING EFFECT.
This is a binding agreement. By purchasing through the OleOle, LLC Internet site (the "Site"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Purchase, as they may be amended by OleOle,, LLC ("OleOle") from time to time in its sole discretion. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SERVICE YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.

PRIVACY POLICY & TERMS OF USE.
OleOle respects your privacy and permits you to control the treatment of your personal information. A complete statement of OleOle's current privacy policy can be found by clicking here, and the Terms of Use of the Ole!Ole! Site can be found by clicking here. OleOle's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are expressly incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.

When you are required to open an account to use or access the Site or Service, you must complete the registration process by providing the complete and accurate information requested on the registration form. You will also be asked to provide a user name and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You may not use the account, username, or password of someone else at any time. You agree to notify OleOle immediately on any unauthorized use of your account, user name, or password. OleOle shall not be liable for any loss that you incur as a result of someone else using your password, either with or without your knowledge. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by OleOle, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives due to someone else's use of your account or password.

POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO VIP ACCESS

ACCOMMODATIONS: For Land Only packages (flight not included) extra hotel nights are available upon request for an additional cost. OleOle, LLC reserves the right to substitute hotels of equal rating. Buyer must check into the hotel room on the scheduled arrival day of the package to avoid being considered a "no show". If a passenger is a "no show", OleOle, LLC, is not responsible for providing any portion(s) of the package to Buyer. Most hotels expect departing guests to vacate rooms by 11 AM and arriving guests to check-in after 3 PM to allow for cleaning and maid service.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise directly stated. No refunds or credits will be given for any reason including but not limited to the following: reductions in group size, unused tours, unused portions of packages and failure of Buyer to comply with the terms and conditions listed herein. In an event of a reduction in group size, corresponding deposits of canceled passenger blocks are non-refundable and non-transferable (e.g. to the balance of the remaining group). If cancellation by one or more passengers alters the room requirements of the remaining passengers, those passengers still traveling must pay the revised rate. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies.

CONDITIONS: All prices are subject to change without prior notice until your reservation is confirmed. All prices published for each package are per person rates. Acknowledgement from Buyer and/or signed copy of these Terms and Conditions must be received by OleOle, LLC along with required payments in order to confirm any reservation. OleOle, LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any person as a member of its tour or to cancel a tour completely in its sole discretion. OleOle, LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation and will remit a full refund to the cancelled party. If the event is cancelled or postponed for any reason whatsoever, seller will refund to buyer all deposits paid by buyer not yet utilized by seller to purchase package components, and seller will use its best efforts to obtain refunds for any package components already purchased.

DISCLAIMER AND RESPONSIBILITY: OleOle, LLC agrees to offer its services to Buyer as a purveyor of hotel rooms, ground transportation, air transportation, hospitality, and tickets for admission to major sporting and entertainment events. OleOle, LLC is acting as an intermediary and/or agent for suppliers in selling event services or in accepting reservations or bookings for event services which are not directly supplied by OleOle, LLC. Services provided in conjunction with these packages are rendered by suppliers acting as independent contractors and not as agents or employees of OleOle, LLC. OleOle, LLC therefore shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to Buyer or Buyer's travel companions or group members. OleOle, LLC, nor any director, officer, employee or other representative shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any Buyer in connection with terrorist activities, war, insurrection, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or development of any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the control of OleOle, LLC. Each Buyer(s) voluntarily assumes all risks and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Each Buyer's receipt of tickets, vouchers or program information from OleOle, LLC shall constitute an acknowledgement of and consent to these terms and conditions as well as an agreement to convey these matters to all travel companions or group members. The Buyer, by engaging OleOle, LLC and making deposits and/or full payment for any package or other arrangements, acknowledges the position of OleOle, LLC as described above and agrees to hold OleOle, LLC harmless as a result of OleOle's effort to provide Buyer with arrangements requested on its behalf. If an act of God, unavoidable accident, strike or other labor dispute, fire, riot or civil commotion, government action or decree, inclement weather or any other event beyond the control of OleOle, LLC makes it impossible or illegal to provide tours, packages, tickets, or any element thereof, OleOle, LLC shall not be obligated to Buyer(s) in any manner. OleOle, LLC is an independently owned and operated business. Any reference to specific events herein is made only for the clear identification and reference for potential Buyers of OleOle, LLC and reference to a specific event is not intended to imply, nor should it be understood or assumed, that OleOle, LLC is endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by or otherwise affiliated with the organizers and/or sponsors of events referenced herein.

PAYMENT or DEPOSIT: Full payment is due at the time of booking in order to confirm reservation. Our intention is to provide you with the package you have purchased, at the price in effect at the time of the booking. Payments must be made in the form of agency check, cashier's check; MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Buyer's authorization to use credit card number for deposit and/or final payments indicates Buyer's complete compliance with these Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Verbal authorization of your credit card confirms the reservation. If payments are not received by the due dates, the event services to be provided may be considered null and void at the sole discretion of OleOle, LLC and any payments to date will be forfeited.

PHYSICAL DISABILITY: Any physical disability that may require special attention or treatment must be reported in writing when the reservation is requested so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

TAXES: Included are all presently known government and local taxes on included services.

TICKETS: OleOle, LLC obtains tickets for events in various forms and at different time periods. OleOle, LLC is not necessarily in physical possession of admission tickets at the time a booking is made or accepted. OleOle, LLC will be acquiring event tickets on Buyer's behalf. Ticket upgrades, subject to availability, may be purchased at an additional cost. Tickets cannot be guaranteed together in quantities greater than two (2), odd numbers, specific rows or sections.

SELLER OF TRAVEL: OleOle, LLC is registered in the State of California's Seller of Travel program. This program is mandated by the Office of the Attorney General. A condition of being apart of this program, is having a Business Client Trust Account set up. This account holds client business payments in trust, it is where all funds that are collected for event packages get deposited directly at the time of booking. Funds stay in this account until the time comes to pay the vendos supplying the various package components.. The business owner does not "own" these payments while they are in the Trust Account.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. BY CONTINUING WITH THIS PURCHASE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF USE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.

OVERSEAS GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I agree. as for myself and for any person travelling with me under a Travel Package(s), to comply with the following Terms and Conditions of use of the Event Ticket(s) and Premium Seat(s) as a condition of my/our purchase of a TravelPackage(s)

1. UNDERTAKINGS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

The Overseas Guest and each Overseas Guest Party:

(a) will comply with the Ground Regulations, will observe the terms and conditions upon which Event Tickets are issued by the relevant Event Holder and will use the Premium Seat only for the purpose of viewing the Purchased Event:

(b) will comply with all present and future laws, ordinances orders rules and regulations (whether statutory or otherwise and including health and safety requirements) governing the Stadium and the Premium Seat(s) and/or their use while attending Purchased Events and will not permit any violation thereof;

(c) will not behave in a threatening or abusive manner while using the Premium Seat(s) or when otherwise in or in the vicinity of the Stadium. The Overseas Guest will be held responsible for it's and any Overseas Guest Party's actions including, but not limited to, actions arising from the consumption of alcoholic beverages;

(d) acknowledges that standing to view Events may restrict the view of other spectators and cause safety and security risks and the Overseas Guest and each Overseas Guest Party will remain seated in accordance with the Ground Regulations:

(e) acknowledges that within the Premium Seats and the Premium Concourse fans supporting the Participating Teams are not segregated and that the Overseas Guesat and each Overseas Guest Party will behave responsibly accordingly. The Overseas Guest and each Overseas Guest Party will not be permitted to wear the team colours of any Participating Team if to do so might create a safety and/or security risk. The Overseas Guest acknowledges that the Overseas Guest and each Overseas Guest Party may bemoved within, or ejected from, the Stadium if they wear any team colours and WNSL reasonably believes this might create a safety and/or security risk:

(f) will observe the terms and conditions upon which tickets for any transport service madea vailable to the vicinity of the Stadium are issued by the relevant transport operator;

(g) will not bring in to the Stadium any flammabtle, toxic, illegal or other hazardous substances, materials or equipment;

(h) will inform WNSL a reasonabl time in advance of a Purchase Edvent if the Overseas Guest or any Overseas Guest Party has any disability, so that any requirements of the Overseas Guest or Overseas Guest Party (as the case maybe) can be discussed. Subject to reasonablenenss and availability. WNSL will aim to meet the requirements;

(i) will not sell transfer or offer for sale any Event Ticket or any other item or benefit provided to the Overseas Guest and any Overseas Guest Party;

j) will not bring into the Stadium any cameras or audio or visual or data broadcasting or recording equipment of any kind without the prior written consent of WNSL and will not broadcast or record from the Premium Seat(s) or the Stadium all or any part of any Purchased Event by any means or technology nor exploit the same. For the avoidance of doubt, an Overseas Guest or Overseas Guest Party acting in breach of this provision will be liable to be ejected from the Stadium and to deliver up any tapes, films, disks or other recordings or data, the copyright of which is acknowledged as belonging to WNSL or the relevant Event Holder;

(k) will not use any cellular telephones or other forms of analogue or digital communication to the extent that this interferes with any equipment or installation operated by or on behalf of WNSL or any Event Holder within the Stadium:

(l) acknowledges and consents to the recording of the likeness and/or voice and that WNSL and the relevant Event Holder is entitled to use all rights in respect of such recordings:

(m) acknowledges that CCTV is in operation at the Stadium and that their image may be recorded and kept for safety or security purposes;

(n) will not sell or offer for sale or advertise any product or service from any partof the Stadium, which includes the display of overt commercial messages on clothing or objects worn or carried in the Stadium;

(o) will not carry out any gambling or betting activities in the Stadium unless expressly authorised in writing by WNSL:

(p) will not use any Eveny Ticket(s) as a gift or prize in any external promotion or external competition or seek to profit from any Event Ticket or other item or benefit provided by virtue of purchasinag Travel Package or release any publicity or make any public statements about any internal promotion or competition relating to any Event Ticket;

(q) will not run any advertisements or promotions relating to or involving any way WNSL, any Event Holder, any Event, the Stadium, the use of the Premium Seat(s) or Event Ticket(s);

(r) will not exploit any marketing opportunities in relation to the use of the Premium Seat(s) including, without limitation, any display of the Overseas Guest's or any Overseas Guest Party's corporate or business logo, trademark or tradename. For the avoidance of doubt, WNSL, any Event Holder and/or their commercial partners or sponsors may exercise marketing opportunities in relation to the Premium Seat(s) for the purpose of, without limitation, the placing of marketing samples and/or other advertising materials;

(s) will not damage, remove or in any way alter the Premium Seat(s) or any other property at the Stadium;

(t) will not consume alcohol in the Stadium incontravention of the Ground Regulations or any Regulation or law;

(u) will not bring into, prepare or consume within the Stadium any food or beverages other than those purchased from the Stadium Caterer;

(v) acknowledges that Event Ticket(s) are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Event Holder, promoter or governing body of each Event and by accepting and/or using the Event Ticket in each case the Overseas Guest and each Overseas Guest Party is automaticaly deemed to have agreed to be bound by those terms and conditions;

(w) acknowledges that the Event Ticket in each case will remain at all times the property of the relevant Event Holder, promoter or governing body of the Event.

(x) acknowledges that the Overseas Guest's contract is with the Overseas Agenet from whom the Overseas Guest purchasead Travel Package and that the Overseas Guest and any Overseas Guest Party must take up any complaint or other matter relating to the TravelPackage direct with the Overseas Agent:

(y) acknowledges that WNSL will not be liable to the Overseas Guest or any Overseas Guest Party, except as expresssly set out in these Terms and Conditions;

The Overseas Guest Provides the above undertakings and acknowledgements for itself and on behalf of each Overseas Guest Party, and the Overseas Guest must inform each Overseas Guest Party that he/she is bound to observe these Terms and Conditions and must procure the compliance of the same by each Overseas Guest Party.

If the Overseas Guest or any Overseas Guest Party fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Clause I, WNSL may at its sole discretion, and without prejudice to any of its other remedies, move the Overseas Guest and/or any Overseas Guest Party to a different location within the Stadium or eject the Overseas Guest and/or any Overseas Guest Party from the Stadium without any refund or compensation.

2. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

(a) These Terms and Conditions are subject to the provisions from time to time of the general safety certificate applying to the Stadium, the bye-laws, rules, regulations, orders, directions, codes of practice and other guidelines of the london Borough of Brent, the Metropolitan Police Service, the London Fire Brigade, the Football Licensing Authority, The FA, the Federatio Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), the Union des Associations Europeennes de Footbal(UEFA), the European Commission, and any other authority or organisation that has jurisdiction or authority in relation to the holding of Events at the Stadium from time to time (the Regulations). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Regulations and these Terms and Condition, the Regulatios will prevail. WNSL will not be in breach of these Terms and Conditions by reason of compliance with the Regulations.

(b) WNSL will not be liable for, and the Overseas Guest or any Overseas Guest Party will not asser at any deductions, set-off or claim of any nature against WNSL for any act or omission of or any breach or default by any person other than WNSL (and then subject to the remainder of this Condition 2) including, without limitation, the Stadium Caterer or any Event Holder or any transport operator.

(c) The Overseas Guest and each Overseas Guest Party will be bound by the terms and conditions established from time to time by WNSL or any Event Holder for cancellation, abandonment, postponement or replaying of an Event. Subject to Conditions 2(d) and (f). WNSL will have no liability to the Overseas Guest or any Overseas Guest Party on account of any such cancellation, abandonment, postponement or replay or other failure or deficiency in the conduct of such Event.

(d) WNSL, its officers, employees, agents and contractors will not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage or, injury to the Overseas Guest or any Overseas Guest Party, or any property of the Overseas Guest or any Overseas Guest Party, resulting from any cause whatsoever, unless due to the negligence or the willful misconduct of WNSL or of its officers, employees or agents.

(e) Subject to Condition 2(d), WNSL's aggregate liability to the Overseas Guest or any Overseas Guest Party, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or in any other way, will not exceed the aggregate cost of the Event Ticket(s) as at the relevant date.

(f) Notwithstanding Conditions 2(d) and (e), WNSL does not seek to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury caused by its, its officers', employees' or agents' negligence or for any fraud or wilful misconduct.

(g) WNSL will not be liable to the Overseas Guest or any Overseas Guest Party whetherin contract, tort or otherwise for any indirect,incidental, special or consequential loss or damage or for any loss of profit or revenue, loss of use, loss of business or contracts or loss of opportunity.

(h) WNSL will not be liable in any way whatsoever for any act or omission (whether negligent or otherwise) of the Overseas Agent.

(i) If a Purchased Event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned or if any services are not available for any reason beyond the reasonable control of WNSL no refund or part refund will be made of any amounts paid by the Overseas Guest or any Overseas Guest Party and WNSL will not otherwise be liable to the Overseas Guest or any Overseas Guest Party in such circumstance unless otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions.

(j) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affect any statutory rights that the Overseas Guest or any Overseas Guest Party may have.

3. INDEMNITY

(a) The Overseas Guest will indemnify WNSL and its affiliates and their respective officers, employees, agents and contractors against any liability, losses, claims, demands, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, legal and other professionl feess, arising out of any personal injury or property damage caused by any act or omission of the Overseas Guest or any Overseas Guest Party.

(b) The Overseas Guest will indemnify WNSL against:

(i) all legal fees and other professional fees and costs incurred by WNSL in the enforcement of these Terms and Conditions whether or not litigation is actually commenced and including any appeapl proceedings and:

(ii) the cost of repair of any damage (other than ordinary wear and tear) to the passageways, stairways, escalators and lifts giving access to the Premium Seat(s) and any other part of the Stadium caused by any act or omission of the Overseas Guest or any Overseas Guest Party.

4. DEFAULT AND TERMINATION

If. in the reasonable opinion of WNSL, the Overseas Guest or any Overseas Guest Party:

(i) causes any disturbance or nuisance in the Stadium;

(ii) otherwise prejudice the safety or welfare of any person present in the Stadium;

(iii) contravenes any of the undertakings contained in Condition I (Undertakings and Acknowledgements of the Overseas Guest) or the Ground Regulations or any applicable terms and conditions of an Event Holder:

(iv) makes any unauthorised sale, or transfer or purchase or offer of an Event Ticket; or

(v) is or becomes an Excluded Person.

WNSL may:

(A) refuse the relevant Overseas Guest, Overseas Guest Party and/or Event Ticket holder entry into the Stadium: and/or

(B) require the relevant Overseas Guest, Overseas Guest Party and/or Event Ticket holder to leave the Stadium.

5. COLLECTION OF TICKETS AND ADMISSION TO STADIUM

(a) WNSL may at its discretion require Event Ticket(s) to be collected by the Overseas Guest and each Overseas Guest Party in person at a time and location at the Stadium to be notified by WNSL or the Overseas Agent prior to a Purchased Event, In order to collect Event Tickets, the Overseas Guest and every Overseas Guest Party will be required to provide passport evidence to WNSL as to his or her identity to the satisfaction of WNSL.

(b) Neither the Overseas Guest nor any Overseas Guest Party will be entitled to admission to the Stadium except on presentation at the designated entrance of an appropriate ticket for the Purchased Event and by complying with such other checks on admission as WNSL may impose from time to time.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The parties agree that the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:

Event means any event staged within the bowl of the Stadium which is open to the public;

Event Holder means any person who has contracted, from time to time, with WNSL to stage an Event at the Stadium:

Event Ticket means a ticket for a Premium Seat for a Purchased Event:

Excluded Person means:

(a) any person from time to time banned by The FA from membership of the "englandfans" club or any successor or replacement official supporters club for the England senior men's national football team;

(b) any person from time to time subject to a football banning order pursuant to a conviction under The Football Disorder Act 2000;

(c) any person known or reasonably believed by WNSL to have been convicted of an offence under section 166 of The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (subject to review by WNSL in its reasonable discretion after such times as any such conviction is spent);

(d) any other person from time to time known or reasonably believed by WNSL to have been banned, by TheFA, the Football League, UEFA, FIFA, the Rugby Football League or otherwise, from travelling to or attending an association football or rugby league match; and

(e) any person known or reasonably believed by WNSL to have been engaged in the unauthorised sale of Event Tickets;

The FA means The Football Association Limited a company incorporated in England and Wales (Registered No.77797);

Ground Regulations means the rules and regulations WNSL may establish from time to time concerning Events which will be displayed in the Stadium and available on WNSL's website;

Overseas Agent means the person or organisation with whom WNSL has entered into a Licence Agreemen which expressly authorises the Overseas Agent to sell or transfer Event Tickets as part of a Travel Package, provided such sale or transfer is made strictly in accordance with the terms of the Licence Agreement;

Overseas Guest means any person who purchases an Event Ticket as part of a Travel Package from an Overseas Agent;

Overseas Guest Party means any individual travelling with the Overseas Guest as part of a Travel Package purchased by the Overseas Guest and issued with an Event Ticket through the purchase of the Travel Package by the Overseas Guest;

Participating Teams means the teams participating in a sporting Event;

Premium Concourse means the concourse around the middle tier of the Stadium which is for the use of Premium Seat and Corporate Box ticket holders;

Premium Seat means the seat(s) in the Stadium which the Overseas Guest will be entitled to use, subject to compliance with these Terms and conditions;

Purchased Event means an Event for which the Overseas Guest and each Overseas Guest Party holds or will hold an Event Ticket:

Stadium means Wembley Stadium, Wembley, Middlesex, United Kingdom;

Stadium Caterer means WNSL's approved caterer including any concessionaires from time to time;

Terms and Conditions means these terms and conditions in relation to the use of Premium Seat(s) for a Purchased Event; and

Travel Package means the package of goods and services sold by the Overseas Agent which includes one or more Event Tickets packaged with return flights to and from London for each Overseas Guest and Overseas Guest Party.

I have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree (as for myself and for any person travelling with me under a Travel Package(s)) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as a condition of my/our purchase of a Travel Package(s)
