The penalty was debatable. Some said it was a penalty. Some said it was not a penalty. I looked at the replay many times until I got fed up and decided that it was and was not a penalty. The
ref
had the final call and he was generous considering United were denied a stonewall penalty against Everton that cost us a place in the FA Cup final.
A Thousand splendid Suns & The Kite Runner are by the same author and are absolutely fantastic books about Afghanistani life and the human condition. They are fiction but you would
never
believe that they aren't true.
I have not read the books. I don't think I've heard of "A Thousand Splendid Suns" and "The Star of The Sea". Who are the authors? I prefer war-investigation-political-mystery-thriller, you
know
Jeffrey Archer, John Grisham, Dan Brown James Patterson books.
The new coach is a good news for Malaysia. We have to get ready for upcoming competitions e.g. Asian Cup qualifying, Merdeka Football and against United best XI.
If United win the penalties the same fans who were complaining would hail Fergie as a genius gambler for letting the youngsters play so that the key players could rest. Some so-called fans.
I rather have my players fit and concentrate on winning the important cups than having them exhausted physically, mentally, emotionally. FA Cup is important and it is my favourite but the
Premiership and Champions League titles are more prominent.
As much as I want the quintuple (who doesn't want it?), I know it would be a difficult journey to get there because United would be playing more so the players might get injured and tired.
My best friend and ex (both United fans) made a stupid deal: Shave your head bald if 'your team' lose. My best friend rooted for Liverpool while my ex for Arsenal. Thank God it was a draw!
Silvestre against Torres. OMG that's gonna be interesting. Nando is so damn good and Silvestre...I have no words for that cunt. I'm afraid it will be similar to Silvestre against Drogba.
“I don’t know what Arsene will be thinking about tomorrow but no matter what, Arsenal always try,” said Ferguson. “That is the mantra of Arsene himself. He is a winner. Providing they try, it
is
all I can ask for. I am not concerned about Tuesday’s game. I will concern myself with my own team. That is enough for me to think about.”
Btw, South Korea is in Asia but not a part of South-East Asia. That time they got Guus Hiddink. Now Chelsea have him. I want Everton to beat Chelsea in the FA Cup final (but why do I have
the
feeling that Chelsea will win my favourite trophy?) I guess United will have to settle the unfinished business with Chelsea some other time.
I am the first child and first grandchild (on my mum's side although I have a lot of step-cousins) so I gotta do what I gotta do. Work hard but never expect thanks; don't give a damn of
what
people think of me; admit my mistakes, apologize but never make the same mistakes again; do the important things first but make sure that no one interferes with my life especially when I
wanna
watch football, read books, hang out with friends, etc.
At home, we got wireless broadband too and the modem can be used for both PC and laptop so whenever my siblings are at home, the little modem usually missing. During school holiday especially
if
my little cousins stay at our house all of them will fight over X Box 360, chaos!
I only cry when I am badly hurt (I am a girl:) but if United lost I won't cry except so far, only once - the lost against 'Pool. :'( Urgh! But the swearing and shouting are always there.
Haha.
The lost to Everton was not so bad since 0-0 for 120 minutes was good enough for United's not-so-best XI. We got youngsters ready at any time so the regulars should play a lot better.
