Erik Edman was born on the 11th of November 1978.He started his career at Helsingborg before playing in France with Rennes ,in Netherlands with Heerenveen and also a spell with England with Tottenham.Edman also has a lot of international experience with over 50 caps to his name He has a very good left foot and is a threat from outside the box. He is remembered for a 35 yard strike against Liverpool in April 2005 which is regarded as one of the best goals in the history of the Premiership
