Gabriel Agbonlahor is an English professional footballer of nigerian and scottish decent. he is currently playing for Premier League team Aston Villa.

Agbonlahor was born on October 10th 1986 in Erdington, Birmingham, England.

Club Football

Agbonlahor was first noticed playing for local team Great Barr Falcons, he spotted by Aston Villa a put throught the youth academy. He palyed his first season for the youth team in the 02-03 season scoring 9 goals in 18 games.

The next season he followed this up with 35 goals in 29 games. with him showing so much promise he was included in the Villa Reserve team in the 04-05 season, and bagged 18 goals in 22 games for the youth team bringing his youth total to 62 goals in 71 games.

He made 37 apperances for the reserves between 2003 & 2006 scoring 19 goals notably scoring a hat trick against Manchester United.

His first taste of first team action came when he was sent on loan to sheffield wednesday for two months.

He made his premier league debut for villa on march 18th 2006 away to evrton.

from then agbonglahor has became a first team regular and an important member of the villa team.

In Villa's opening game of the 08-09 season agbonlahor scored an impressive 7 minute hat trick and was later named man of the match.
