Barry Was born on February 23rd 1981 in Hastings, England. He attended William Parker sports college in Hastings at the same time as Sussex Cricketer Michael Yardly.

Club Football

Barry joing Aston Villa From Brighton Hove Albion in 1997 as a trainee.

He played his first game for villa on may 2nd 1998 against sheffield Wednesday. He started to play more and more and is now a first team regular and key player

Initially, he played as a central defender or playing left backLater, Barry settled into a left-midfield role, he now plays in the centre of midfield.

On April 5th 2008 the abrry transfer saga started and finally came to an end after months of will he stay will he go on august 28th 2008. At the moment there is no need to go into detail because im sure anyone who reads this will be feed up hearing about the whole thing.
