arsene wengr is a fantastic coach but when it come to transfers he didnt impress me because of his youth policy.he says that he would rather buy an experience than raising a talent but the questions is when he raises the talent where would they end up?the answer is simply he sell them.why is he saying that am not buying experience rather than raising talent and selling them?
