Zwanziger only said that Germany will not host the world cup again, in case South Africa would not be
able to. People in Germany would love to have the world cup held again in Germany, but organising and financing it two times in a row is simply to much to bear.
Btw, it's a similar situation in
Europe where Poland and Ukraine struggle to build the necessary infrastructure to host the Euro 2012.
