Another professional win and another 3 points v Reading. Monster Masch got off the mark with a stormer of a strike from outside the D after Matejovsky had opened the scoring for the visitors. It took a free kick from Gerrard and a far post header from El Nino to seal the... Who has been more impressive in this premier league season?
11:01 PM, Monday, 03 March 2008
This 2007/2008 season i have noticed critics have been quick to judge and attack the Arsenal squad each time they have dropped points or have not been impressive. To coincide with that, when Man UTD get a draw or win and Arsenal do not, people are also quick to say Utd will surely go... Posted by gooner08 · Comments (0) Topics: Premier League, arsenal, man utd

I wasn't in a very festive mood on Sunday after the match. Again it was a case of us playing quite well and having most of the possession. But Utd got the first goal and their defense did really well in the second half. They did have to clear off the line and Tores and Babel put the ball narrowly... Kop idols. Well we don't like going it the easy way, do we? 1 point after 3 matches to leave us looking at expulsion from the champions league, or a fate worse than expulsion - the UEFA cup. But we invoked The Spirit of Istanbul™, and we pulled 3 wins out of the bag with our backs to the wall. S... I don't know why I was so surprised by some of the comments from Sir Alex Ferguson in the aftermath of the Arsenal v Manchester United game; surely we are all used to the petulant rantings of football managers by now, no matter how slight the offence - real or imagined. For me though,... These Champions League reflections are much easier than predictions, so with ease of mind, I'll get started. Liverpool - Benitez is assuming the look of a desperate man (and no, I'm not talking about his 'goatee deflecting attention away from fatness' look) and he has started... Who's that idiot with a desperate look on his face? Why, it's every opposition's favourite goalkeeper, Paul Robinson. The latest in a list of calamities occurred last night as he dropped a cross, allowing Villa to score. A freekick later exposed his inadequacies further, poor... Our predictions for the 2007/8 season attempt to forecast the fate of clubs fighting for the title, a place in Europe or to stay in the Premier League. Part two covers the ten remaining sides, from Manchester City to Wigan. Do you agree? Manchester City Stuart Pearce’s uninventive spel...
