It's a very quiet day today. I could mention Hleb and his comments which are complimentary to Arsene Wenger but most disrespectful towards Arsenal but I'm not going to. I think it's been made very clear than Hleb is a dolphin loving cunt and frankly he doesn't merit a... A crucial few weeks for Arsenal FC / Introducing the CUNT CARDS
09:13 PM, Tuesday, 22 July 2008
It occured to me that should Arsenal fail to win any silverware next season, it will be the club's longest spell without a significant honour since the early 1980s. That would be an appalling statistic, particularly given the club's current stature and financial state. ... Red Rants has already written about what might happen if a player doesn’t get his move and made some interesting points. Gareth Barry aside, let’s assume that none of the speculated transfers (Drogba, Lampard, Ronaldo, Adebayor) happen this time around. What then? I s... Wenger, Hleb, Nasri, tomorrows match

So after the Barnet game Wenger said we could expects signings, but he was unsure as to how many and where. Later in an interview with BBC London this turned out to mean one certain signing, and a maximum of two (click here for full article and radio recording of the interview). My initial... Who Should Barca Sign? Adebayor, Berbatov or Drogba
04:13 PM, Monday, 21 July 2008
Reports suggest that Barca are close to signing Didier Drogba from Chelsea. Drogba has pulled out of Chelsea's pre-season tour to the Far East due injury, and Barca are said to continue their interest by making a solid offer for the Ivorian. Drogba is said to be unsettled and looking for... Sunday round-up and 'certain' signings
10:23 AM, Sunday, 20 July 2008
So pre-season kicked off with a 2-1 win over Barnet yesterday. We were losing 1-0 at half-time then changed the entire team around and goals from Jay Simpson and Nacer Barazite secured the win. There really is nothing much to be read into a friendly at this stage but ... Posted by arseblog · Comments (823) Topics: Emmanuel Adebayor,Transfers,Barnet,Arsenal

The yearly trip to Underhill saw Wenger start a handful of first team starters, a few squad players, and a couple of youth/reserve players. The big names of Fabregas, Toure, and Gallas were left out of the squad as was the big summer signing Nasri, coming of age boy Alex Song, and returning... After so long without any major transfer acitivity since the departure ofMatt Flamini to Milan and the arrival of Aaron Ramsey from Cardiff, I woke up to the news that Gilberto and Alex Hleb have left Arsenal. The former would certainly be missed for his... Posted by mad-redo1 · Comments (4) Topics: Arsenal,EURO 2008,Emmanuel Adebayor,Cesc Fabregas,Transfers
Bye Bye Hleb and anyone know what time kick off is this Saturday/Sunday/Monday???
01:05 PM, Thursday, 17 July 2008
I've beenlooking around at most of the Arsenal related blogs and message boards, nobody seems too bothered to see the back of Mr. Hleb. We've actually already got two replacements in Vela and Nasri coming into the squad so it really won't be much of an issue. It also looks as though... Ronaldinho to Milan - what does this mean for Arsenal?
11:33 AM, Wednesday, 16 July 2008
Obviously i'm assuming this means Milan aren't after Adebayor any more.* *File under "more proof that nothing any club/player/agent says can be trusted until a deal is done" after Milan stated "It's Adebayor or no-one" a matter of weeks ago. Does this mean that Barca can now come in with a... Posted by AFCtrue · Comments (1) Topics: Emmanuel Adebayor,Ronaldinho,Arsenal
