Last night, Gremio beat Cerro Porteño at Paraguay for 1 x 0. The Gaucho Team has now 7 games with 7 wins this... This is good for the football in Argentina that has just lost players like Gago, Higuain and Gallardo bet even better for the tournament. Here some of the player to watch during the competition (I swear I will work in better profiles later). I just got the Brazilian and Argentinean’s ones for t... Club World Cup: Internacional 1-0 Barcelona
03:14 PM, Monday, 18 December 2006
So much for my prediction that Barcelona would win. Maybe I jinxed them? Barcelona started calmly, passing the ball around the way you know they always do, but Inter had a few decent early chances, and the first corner of the game fell to them. (Although they only had two in the whole match,... Posted by Jennifer · Comments (6) Topics: Spain,FIFA Club World Cup 2008,Barcelona,FIFA,UEFA,CONMEBOL,Brazil,Internacional

Of course, there was no real need for me to be in the "Mixed Zone", the area where the players meet the press after the match. I speak no Portuguese at all beyond "obrigado", and my Spanish probably prevents me from doing a great deal more than asking Victor Valdes for a two beers and a ham...
